    In this video, Dr. Matthew Posa, a chiropractor in Milton, Ontario will go through 2 of the most effective and best home nerve stretches for sciatic pain. Viewer discretion is advised. There are many reasons for sciatica and some of them are quite serious such as herniated disc, stenosis, degeneration, or injury such as fracture.
    Stretches:
    1. Seated nerve stretch (Tension)
    Seated, extend leg, flex foot (toes towards you), Bend your torso towards your foot and bend your head so your chin touches your chest.
    Hold for 10 Seconds and Repeat 10 Times or continue if symptoms continue to relieve.
    2. Sitting nerve slider/Floss
    Seated, extend leg, flex foot (toes towards you), extend your torso and your head. Then extend your foot as your flex your torso and head forward.
    Hold for 10 Seconds and Repeat 10 Times or continue if symptoms continue to relieve.

    Do you exercises for low back pain for seniors. I am 83 years old and it hard to exercise on the floor and to get up from the door and have no one to help me to get up and down from the floor. Thank you.
