I'm glad I am not the only one that pokes around on other teachers wish lists to see what maybe I should add or didn't think about adding. Especially as a 1st year teacher - long time support staff making the jump this year.

I also have the bigger drawers. I like your idea of stagger stacking the papers in them. I haven’t tried that before, but I think I’ll like it. When I first saw others using the Sterilite drawers, I went right to the larger ones. My thought was that they can hold picture books and other materials along with the papers much easier than the small ones. You’re giving me the motivation to update my paper drawers now! I used to have a rainbow theme in my classroom, so my drawers are labeled in different colors. Now I’m thinking I’d liked to make them more uniform in the same color and maybe a new font for fun. 😊 I love your videos! Classroom setups are my favorite to watch. I’m wanting to start in my own classroom, but I’m making myself wait until the beginning of August to do that.

I’m a primary teacher in Scotland, really enjoying watching these classroom set up videos! I was wondering if printing in schools in the US is really limited? Using a cricut for displays/resources in pretty much unheard over here, we just print whatever we need!

There is a documentary I watch on RUclips about getting to school in extreme conditions. I think it would be perfect for your less in living in extreme condition. It was well edited and very third grade appropriate. I just can not remember the title of the documentary. Great Job!

When I taught 4th grade, we had a story in our basal called, “My Librarian is a Camel.” It’s an informational text about how children in different locations get books: burro, camel, elephant, bus, motorbike, boat, etc. That’s what I kept thinking about when Katie shared her new book. It has a lot of good information in it. It was challenging even for my 4th graders, but it could make a good teacher-led shared reading.
Title “Most Dangerous Ways to School” it is a series of documentary. There is one Russia, Nepal, Himalaya, Mexico
I think there is also an interesting one on Netflix. I wanna say it is called school around the world or something around that, but I could be wrong.
A suggestion for headphones with partner teachers we kept two bins numbered 1-14 & 15-28 and the bins followed the students to their classes when we switched

Hello, love your videos. I get so many ideas from it. For your Explorer, it might be your needle pressure needs to be adjusted or if you've used your explorer past times you might need to change your needle.
Can you tell me more about your plan with what the kids keep in their pencil case vs in the caddy?

@@lisaingram6819 its an HP DeskJet, honestly it’s a pretty cheap one but it gets the job done! The colors seem to pop more after I laminate!
How do you use your comprehension posters on the cabinets? I’m so curious about those, seems great!

It's actually from a retiring teachers garage sale years ago! Closest I have heard to one is someone said it's like a newspaper wire rack? I've never been able to find it to link.

Hey gal! You may need a new blade for your Cricut Explore. I had the same issue and it resolved when I replaced my blade! 🫶🏻
