Omg thank you very much for the sotenbori looting method, it's heavy rng based but still way faster than can quest and kart. Got all my stats from lev 8 to 10 with it and bunch of leftovers

One more thing I want to say about this video is that I didn't put that much emphasis on the Stat Maxing method mentioned in this video because the focus of the video was supposed to primarily be about Personality Maxing, but I just want to point out if it wasn't clear that by using the Stat Boosting Drinks, you could stat max without farming any XP. I just wanted to mention that because I thought it was cool. Anyways, that is all.
Just a quick note for anyone doing the Sotenbori Loot Marathon (Ichi and his friends never miss leg day apparently lol)... One, make sure you go to his spots in the video exactly, but do NOT expect something at every single spot. Sometimes there will be things, sometimes there won't. Typically there are atleast a few, and they are usually what you might be looking for (Or healing food items...but hey, RNG is RNG) Also if you find a women while in that back alley look square area in the video (gold safe as well)...thats a honk honk girl. Pay for her stuff if you're working on personality. Helped me max out Charisma. If you're maxed, dint worry about her then Thanks for the vid overall, very handy!
One quick thing is that if the suitcases aren't at the spots that I show in the video everytime you go to them, that might be a sign that you missed one on your previous run. What I have found is that these suitcases only fully respawn if you get close to 100% of them in that city (in case some of you don't know you can also do this in Kamurocho and Ijincho, but the route is much longer). I have never really had them not spawn unless the last time I came through I only picked some of them up.

It takes 11 suitcases to respawn the first one you got 11 ago. So if there is only 11 cases you have gotten, suitcase 1 will respawn when you get suitcase 11 and not when you use taxis.

Would you say that looting in a circle around Hamakita park area is faster? I've managed to max out personality right after unlocking that zone early on. Or do you think Sotenbori gives better drops (I'm still working on getting stat drinks)
😂 It is because I had Hariti's Amulet equipped. It is an accessory that makes it to where enemies do not appear. I would definitely recommend equipping it to make farming the circuit faster and less annoying. I will be releasing a video on the best gear soon, but just using the dragon armor set from the Sotenbori Battle Arena, the best stat boosting accessories you have, and the top weapons for whatever jobs you are using; should be good enough. Is there any other methods for farming Stat Boost drinks for maxing out stats? I'm not certain how prepared I have to be for the True Final Millennium Tower apart from the prerequisites the game tells you.
Thanks for checking out the video! Your support means so much! Sorry I am replying to you a bit late; typically I respond within 24 hours, but I have been extremely busy recently. As to your question, yes there are other methods such as similar looting circuits in Kamurocho and Ijincho, but the Sotenbori Circuit is my preferred choice. You could also get the stat boosting drinks as rewards from the various Minigame in the game, but I find these methods to be much slower. You could also increase your stats, by reaching max rank in the various jobs. I describe which jobs you should reach max rank in for each character in my Best Jobs video so you should check that out if you are interested in optimizing. In order to reach max Job rank, you will need to farm tons of Job XP and I have made a video on the by far fastest XP and Job XP farming method in the game as well, so you should check that out if you want to minimize the amount of time it will take. To tell you how prepared you should be for the True Tower, what is generally recommend is best gear, best weapons, best jobs, max level on all characters, and at least two max rank jobs on each character. You can defeat the True Tower earlier than this, but it will be much harder and even with this, the tower will not be easy. I have also made videos on the best weapons, best jobs, and best gear, so feel free to check those out. If you have anymore questions, let me know and I would be glad to answer them! As to your question, I have had this happen before and the way I fixed it was by looting all of, or close to all of, the suitcases in the city you are in. In case you aren't aware, the suitcases, for the most part, only respawn if all of them, or almost all of them, have been collected. So check every inch of whatever city you are doing the looting circuit in (you can also do them in Kamurocho and Ijincho) and make sure you have collected every suitcase. In higher diffa (new game plus) does job exp from enemies increase especially from vagabonds in hard or legend diff if so it it worth it to new game plus for the true millenium tower since the dlc millenium tower is a seperate difficulty
Thanks for checking out the video! If I understand your question correctly, you are asking whether difficulty affects the amount of XP you receive from Vagabonds and my answer is I don't know. I would have to test it, but my guess would be it doesn't because doesn't it take the same amount of XP to level up no matter the difficulty so I don't see why you would need to receive more just because you are playing on a higher difficulty. @@Skystu Thanks, yes, your videos have been helpful. 123 hours deep into YLAD here. One thing that I totally never used during the game were the poundamtes, lol. I completely forgot all about them. On the plus side I have a bunch of free first time trials to try out now :D. As far as the exams go I pretty much passed them all on the first shot. I think the Sega exam and the street knowledge might have taken me about 3 or 4 different times with zero power ups.

There are three versions of the Millennium Tower, one is the story one. Then there is the first post game dungeon Final Millennium Tower and then there is the True Final Millennium Tower. The True Final Millennium Tower is much harder than the two previous.

im incredibly close to maxing out but the looting route has stopped working, nothing is respawning no matter what i do

As to your question, I have had this happen before and the way I fixed it was by looting all of, or close to all of, the suitcases in the city you are in. In case you aren't aware, the suitcases, for the most part, only respawn if all of them, or almost all of them, have been collected. So check every inch of whatever city you are doing the looting circuit in (you can also do them in Kamurocho and Ijincho) and make sure you have collected every suitcase. what chapter do you unlock Sontebori looting circuit on?
I tried the loop today but it seems its been patched out, the item cases do not frequently respawn
That briefcase just doesnt work
