I don’t even like the turn based RGG games but I will say they probably should have more difficulty and strategy than before on their next RPG entry. But that may not happen, since games overall, including RPG’s have gotten easier or way too easy this generation and the past one.
Tendo missing on the first God's Right Hand reminded me of when i first went through this game and he only attempted it once, on Saeko. It missed and he never used it again for the rest of the battle.
I think the AI targets individual enemies separately because enemy behavior is the same. They only attack those that are closest to them. They never cross paths meaning the attack will not be interrupted.
Watching this video makes me feel the amount of hours I put into this game. The sheer fact that I was already reminding myself what goes where and...yes Saeko is the best Idol. I haven't played Infinite Wealth yet, but I heard that Saeko is the best idol in that too.(Unless I read that wrong somewhere?)

It's probably my least favourite "feature" of 7's combat. 18:27 - CRINGE NUMBER GENERATOR 18:29 - BASED NUMBER GENERATOR 22:25 - Yes, they can do it again. It never does as much as the first time, though (both numerical AND psychological!) 23:52 - I'll bet you didn't know Sawashiro can counter any input you make during phase two, including using an item. I opened the menu to select a healing item on my no MP run, and he countered the party member closest to him (they didn't even do anything LMAO) 30:58 - Failed challenge the moment you opened the game. Truth is, the game was rigged from the start. I'm kidding; you fulfilled the spirit of the challenge perfectly, and that's what counts. Nicely done, video game characters! Also, you missed a secret extra auto-battle option that you only get from a Shogi point prize. I don't know what it does because I bought it thinking it was the cheat item, and got annoyed it wasn't.
