The amount of bangers on wall is really impressive. I’ve been binging your content for a while now and to see your back wall change and evolve is amazing to see. It inspires me to keep working on my collection!
Amazing Video! I enjoyed this wrap up soooo much! Glad you took the time to make it! Probably my favorite video you made this year. Hope to run into you someday Cheers! Hal
Thanks for the kind words Mike! Happy you loved all the gifts and even happier we’re friends and got to meet in person this summer! Can’t wait for all the fun 2025 has in store! Cheers!
And what a great year it was. Thanks for highlighting our first meet up and of course, Terrificon. Thanks for all you’ve done for me, our friends, the community, and beyond. Can’t wait to see what 2025 holds in store for LMC!
Did someone say John Byrne?!? 2024 was a great year. Got to meet so many cool people. So glad to get those comics for you while I was in Europe. I knew you would love them. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Hope to see some of those pages colored and posted online.😂
I only just started watching your channel around the beginning of this year and you've quickly become one of my favorite RUclipsrs of all time; so much so that you've inspired me to start a comic book channel of my own! Your passion is electric and gets me excited about the stuff that I collect. I've gone to HeroesCon every year since 2020 and I always have an amazing time seeing friends, family, and my favorite creators. If you end up going, I hope to see you there! Thank you for making this year so wonderful for comic fans like myself!
Enjoyed all your videos this past year. But my favorite was your room tour of all your collections. Would have been interesting seeing more of your visit with Steppo in Pacific Northwest. Keep up the good work. All the best this coming year.
I didn't pull many books this year, but I picked up a decent amount, and boy did I find some great additions to the PC. I got my first Artgerm cover (a fantastic Phoenix cover) and I grabbed the Skottie Young variant of Wolverine 2, my first Skottie cover. I also grabbed the first two issues of Batman: The Last Halloween, which Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale were collaborating on before Tim's untimely passing last year. I've just enjoyed being able to hang out at my LCS and talk comics with so many great people, and hopefully a few cons will be in my future in 2025. Those were some amazing grabs, Mike, and it's awesome that you got to meet some of the best people in our community. I hope you did have a great Christmas and here's to a Happy New Year! Cheers!
Great to see non-English language comics, especially reprints of Marvel and DC books, becoming more popular. There's no ignoring a Mac Raboy cover, what a brilliant artist and a long way ahead of his time. Happy New Year Mike and much success in 2025.
Happy new year Mike. You are such a genuine guy I love listening to your posts. Your collection is looking stellar yet somehow you remain modest. Always bigging up the comic collecting community no wonder you won that award. Ha I haven't collected comics since I was a kid but watching your collection grow is good enough for me.
Hi Mike! Im a big fan of yours. Just got into comic book collecting and your videos are so entertaining and fun! I have been watching your videos for hours each day! Keep up the great work!

Mike, I hope you have a “Happy New Year”! Keep up the great content, you are definitely inspiring. Your videos got me back into collecting which I have enjoyed since my retirement from the Navy.
I jumped on your channel very late in the year and glad I did. Most videos out here are just sucking up to the big 3 or finance finance finance. I’m happy to find a channel that shows the places and people in the everyday comic world.
I just got back into comics this year. An old collection was given to me. Lots of silver and bronze age. Your channel is awesome, I have been watching regularly. Love the channel , love the content, and it makes me want to find all the gems during the hunt! Congratulations! You absolutely deserve it. If you are ever in the Buffalo area in 2025 maybe 'ill see ya around! Also too, by the way, my favorite comic was definitely the Master Comics issue. By far one of the best i have ever seen... i will be on the lookout for that... if at all possible.
Thanks so much for the amazing videos this past year, they've been a joy to watch! That being said one of the videos that stood out to me was the Northeast Comic Show vlog. It was awesome to see you interact with vendors and rifle through boxes on a tighter budget. Thanks again and congratulations on the award!
Congratulations on the Award Mike! Your content has indeed inspired alot of people including this 66yr old to start a channel myself. As someone who lives in the same area hope to see you in 2025 have a great year everyone
Been watching your channel for quite awhile, but never comment very often. Love everything you do and how you give back to your community and your friends. I hope your Christmas was amazing and the New Year brings you even more Amazing experiences.
Marvel Champions is an amazing game. I have been all in and own every released item. My 11YO son and I play it constantly. Many characters are so well done and the scenarios are awesome. Nightcrawler is relatively newly released and plays really cool with his teleport mechanics. Get the starter box set ASAP and get playing!
Thank you for a great year of content. Your show is the tops for me. It follows comics and the people we meet in the scene and your scene is really cool :) Great vid- I actually have that Xmen/Pia Hutcomic still sealed from a lot as well as history with the xmen Blueprints. I had a subscription to Marvel from 84 to 87 getting 4 x titles and ASM, I received that blue print as a addon in the ad. I absolutely loved it with the steel ring Binder setup. Happy New year Mike and Thanks again :)

Always fun to watch and I don’t collect comics etc anymore. Long gone. But still fun to watch. I do want to put some of my books on a wall one day though. Most more modern books from early 90’s, but awesome cover art, and a couple probably worth a few bucks bought at cover price because all my books I bought when they came out.
Have enjoyed your content and approach to the hobby since your inception. I'm a lifetime collector and really appreciate your perspective and contribution to the comic community.
If I remember that video correctly you were a little hesitant to grab that captain marvel jr book. So great to see it pay off for you I found that in my Swamp Thing 1 and 9 I got this year and now I’m looking to complete the rest of them in 2025
Happy New Year to you, your family, and your friends! I just want to say that I have never missed an episode of LMC since accidentally stumbling upon it a year and a half ago. Also, you have inspired me to return into collecting comics once again. Looking forward to a great 2025 with the community.

Hope you had a great Christmas, and Happy New Year! So glad to hear your year end fund raiser was a rousing success. Look forward to what you bring to the community in 2024. My favorite acquisition form 2024 was a gift from a local shop owner/con organizer. He knows I am a huge fan of Alex Toth's art, and he had a set of photostats of Alex Toth original art come in to his shop as part of a collection, and passed them on to me gratis because of my love of all things Toth. Pre-internet days, these types of photostats were common among Toth collectors and fans as a way to share and explore Toth art. I've heard several comic artists talk about collecting and studying them when they were art students or as they were breaking into the comics industry on Paul Fricke's Alex Toth in Depth podcast (artists like Tommy Lee Edwards, Jon Paul Leon, and others reminisced about them when they were guests on the podcast. Toth was probably better known for his work at Hanna Barbera (Super-Friends, Space Ghost, Herculoids, etc.) but was a prolific comic artist, he just never had long runs on super-hero books so it's sometimes tough to track his stuff down (ex. he only did 1 issue of the book you love-X-Men, and it was his pencils over Kirby layouts on issue #12 of X-Men from 1965 featuring the debut of Juggernaut. But he has done everything from romance to war to movie adaptations to super-heroes (a lot of golden age stuff for DC) in comics, even though he had quite the reputation as a curmudgeon. He's probably got a rep as more of an "artist's artist" I.e. one who is popular and influential on other artists in the field than as a fan fave (unless you take his animation work into consideration). If anyone wants to learn more about Toth, I highly recommend Paul's podcast (on the Comix Crush youtube channel) or the 3 Genius books from IDW (Genius Illustrated, Genius Isolated and Genius Animated ) spanning Toth's career. But I just love spending time looking at those stats reveling in Alex's art, all thanks to Dan Taylor of Jim & Dan's Collectibles (and the Jim & Dan's Comic & Toy Show in the Dayton area.
