$0.25 Spicy Street Food in Chaotic Delhi Market 🇮🇳

- I visited the Sarojini market in South Delhi. I was told that South Delhi was more peaceful and less chaotic that North Delhi, and while that might be true, it still felt like chaos to me.
Sarojini is known as a clothes market, with a wide variety of items at the lowest possible prices. So I thought I'd easily find a local cricket jersey there. Unfortunately, after covering the whole market I couldn't find any sports jerseys of any kind.
Instead I bought some weird hat with flappy ears, a knockoff pair of H&M sweatpants with a hole in the pocket, some crispy chips made from beetroot, sliced star fruit covered in masala, sprouted lentils and some mutton seekh kebabs with garlic butter naan in a Punjabi restaurant.
As usual, it became more of a street food vlog than a shopping vlog. It's normal that I end up finding the local food more interesting that the junk and knockoff items that are being sold.
Sarojini Nagar Market is open from 10 AM-9 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. Don't go on a Monday because it's closed.

Just watched back who gave him the fake money. It was a organized scam by the guys who screamed “police is coming” in the beginning starting at 2:48. The vendor instructed the guy behind him to start a commotion after Dale gave him the high bill, then they started screaming and while Dale was confused the vendor gave him the fake cash as change and told him to pocket it quickly because of the police.
LoL you are thinking too much It's not fake money it got teared and they put tape on it this is not organised scam targeting someone it happens to all the people.

That disgusts me!They seem like crooks and scammers.
That's all they do over there and they also have the biggest scam areas that scam US citizens and other countries with BS especially our elderly people that's why there's all these pages dedicated to taoe all these scammers down but India government doesn't do a damn thing because nost of them are paid off
Our man only cares about jersey and food, yet he entertained people with conversations, selfies and even bought the bunny hat :)).
You can see by his expressions that he is not "entertained" by those selfies and the constant starings and the way ppl are talking around him doesn't sound so welcoming

Just wanted to tell you the man was not trying to kick you out from the shop at 46:00, he says about a work he did by directing his hand outwards to the guy beside him, when you asked about whats wrong then he said that unfortunately he dont have time for the fun chat (he thought it was fun chat cuz he couldn't understand what you said in Eng), people are generally friendly its just that they dont understand and people around them makes fun of them 😂.

Great video as always Dale. To explain it, toxens are cheaper and the shopkeepers around dont need to keep (collect) changes to pay for the tea and juice. It makes sense to have tokens if one really buys a cup of juice from that market everyday.
