You can just have an arduino that controls small electromagnets to lock and unlock the connector 3:22 Oh ofc you're already using an arduino, easy. Have you considered using conductive filament and a multi-extruder to embed wire traces in the parts instead of embedding wires afterwards? Especially with sleeving included that's gonna save you a bunch of weight

I scaled the suit to about 93% (I’m 5’10”.) and used a different helmet file
