removing a broken EZ out & bolt from 2 stroke power valve cover

Saving a cylinder barrel with a failed attempt of broken bolt removal, where the EZ out has sheared off inside a seized power valve cover bolt. To avoid any further damage to the casing the best option was to get it on the mill and machine out the damaged parts, then chase the threads clean.
