Would the Toyo RR be good for street straight line pulls? My z06 is making 650whp. Wonder how long they would last and how they would hook. Are they soft rubber or hard compound
2 problems, wheels become shorter which increased gear changes on track. Also car tailed out more as the suspension is setup for non square. I ran tc off and i have no issues with hanging the tail out.
@@steelankles Thanks for the reply. I just mounted square 305/30/19 AR-1’s. I don’t anticipate much difference for gear changes at my local tracks but am wondering how much oversteer I’ll experience. I too am comfortable with the tail kicking out but unsure how much of more I’ll get. Will find out very soon!

Hows the grip? Would you say one could use them for roll racing? Currently have r888r on my M4 but these RR look better for traction
I run these and recommended them to him. I think you would like these better than the r888r. I actually like the RA1 better than the r888r.
Any tires that can hold up to the punishment that you give them have to be good!
How wide are your wheels and how wide is that tire that you're using?

What size do you run? I’m considering 295/30/19 square on the my 1LE
I ran that same square setup, it saved money on tires, but non square was faster for me
@@steelankles that’s interesting. Did your run PTM Race or TC off when square? I wonder if it was the setup or confidence level that impacted pace.

How they performe against r888r in seconds?
they dont even compare, r888r are bad for advanced track driving
i have no back to back data but i would say at least 3 seconds if not more on a 2 min track
