Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. gives "State of the City" address

In his July 30, 2024 speech, hosted by the Rotary Club of Little Rock, Scott discussed the Eyes on the Rock initiative, which focuses on public safety, the holistic housing initiative to address more affordable housing options and tenants' rights, a proposed one percent sales tax increase towards improving public safety, youth sports and more.
