Really liked how you kept it simple , no need for a digital thermostat that hooks up to your iPhone or twin probes that alert when to check when the chicken is at temp, just smoke em and eat em!

Looks great and Outstanding video.
Great job! Just received my PBC today and did 2 racks of loin backs to try it out. The ribs looked lonely so I ran back out and added beef sausage. I love this thing already and will be doing chicken halves with Plowboy rub tomorrow!
