Hi Noah,
I just got my PBC, cooked some amazing baby back ribs & chicken quarters. The chicken was juicy, my question is how can I get flavor to the meat of the chicken. The rub was on the skin but did not penetrate to the meat, please advise I'm so amazed by the product you and Amber have created. Thanks!
