Pledge of Demon is not only good for lifting, it can also motivate you to get out of your hospital bed and walk the empty halls of physical rehab center in the middle of the night after you had to relearn to walk, quite literally changed my life.

This mix is one of the reasons why I got into Yakuza series. Searched for a proper Y0 playlist just to check out how good the music was, got this as a best result. When The Purgatory kicked in, I was COMPLETELY STONED and distracted from whatever I was doing and it kept being like this for entire playlist.
I am now Yakuza addict and 0, Kiwami, Kiwami 2 bundle that I bought on steam sale wasn't enough to see next ones get discounted, autumn sale is like in freaking month. Thank you for this obsession, I'll go learn how to play mahjong now

One suggestion: the in-game version of Reign, that's a really top number to use in the mix, but overall this is SOLID.

For someone who isn't very physically active, but wants to be, but can't go to a gym, any tips on what I can do? I have barely any room to move too, only about 6 by 4 feet, what should I try? Thanks in advance guys, if you bother to respond to this. Everyone in the comments seemed nice, so yeah.
