@@lkfvv : Yeah. Carmy only gave her half his new restaurant without her even asking for it, and he did so over his own family members, his mobbed-up family financier, and his more established culinary master peers. Of course, in what passes for your cognitive skills, handing over a restaurant seems like a reasonable apology for mistreating Sydney, an astonishingly talented sous: that said sous is also a combination of sharp intellect, genius- level culinary artist in her own right, a transformational force within the allegorical community of The Bear (as restaurant, Carmy “Bear,” and the show itself), and by casual coincidence, that she is also a wounded, enigmatic soul who is nonetheless alarmingly easy on the eyes and stop-dead-in your-tracks more beautiful than she even appears to know, none of which, according to your discerning self, would play any part in Carmy’s decision: because culinary stars are known for their generosity with their sous, and handing over partnership to an as-yet un established sous an industry norm, isn’t that right! ***crickets••• So, according to you, none of the aforementioned (and two season’s worth of plain-as-day gestures, words, looks, and actions that give away the classic “slow burn” all the more worthy of a show about cuisine as art) registers. @@montymason1647wow I love this breakdown of the details between what was present in the show especially in the episode where Carmy and Sydney were under the table talking to each other and you can feel the energy they both had like they were going to kiss at any moment. I was on the edge of my seat. So delicate. And such great acting of subtle but obvious attraction and respect they have for each other.
her story about her catholic school production of the wizard of oz sent me 😭i feel like i understand everything i could ever need to know about her and i love it. shes everything fr

I just stepped into the show out of curiosity and found myself in tears in episode one and I've gone through S1&2 and cried almost from every episode at some point. It's really moving, and yeah, the food looks so good! The cast is excellent and it's really raw and real and respectful and I can see real life in it, and I say, don't change that!!! That's what makes it so fine. It's one of the most excellently crafted shows I've ever seen, with such a stellar cast, and despite being labeled a comedy, it has plenty of sadness and suspense, and for me is highly emotional. Also I like that the story is told in visual cues at times, not needing a lot of words to develop the story or understand what's going on, and the flashback episodes are fantastic in addressing questions that form in the viewers' minds as we all travel along here, and I just love the way this show is put together. Can't wait for Season 3 to roll out!
I volunteer in a primary school here in England and what Ayo said about the photosynthesis thing was so true. I have to explain things to the kids I help and I think I'd freeze if they asked why I was explaining it.
She is so gorgeous, so hilarious, so talented and hardworking, so genuine, man good for her!!! Love her in every role I've seen her in and her stand up!
Man I love your show! It takes me back to when I was a line cook for places like red lobster, Texas Roadhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings and how much I loved the adrenaline I got from doing it but I don’t miss doing cleanup at the end of the shift
Your Chapter titles are messed up. You have the celebrity crush section starting at 1:55. It doesn’t come in until 7:48. But also, there are additional sections (shortly into The Melting Witch, it turns into her experience on The Bear and eating some of the food from set). Might want to fix it.
I loved watching you on The Bear. Can’t wait to see what you do in season 3! Congratulations on the success of the show. It is intense! BTW if you had become a teacher that means you would have “taught” not “teached .” In the village, each one teach one. Holding my breath now for June 27th 😊
love her character and her real personality seems very chill and genuine. YES CHEF
Yes, Chef ✨
and now she's an emmy, golden globe winning actress
I have such a crush on Sydney it's unreal. That is all thanks to Ayo's performance - she's incredible; such positive and wonderful energy!
She's unique and wonderful
Yup. We all get it, we all do get why Carmy is crushing so deeply on Sydney. We ALL do. She's ...well..."FIRE" And then some. So is Ayo...
