Great hunt with an energetic quality presentation.....thought I was right there with you🍻. I lost a ring somewhere in NY...could you take 5 minutes and find it for me🙃? A little side story for you. I recently purchased a candy cane shaped piece of Arizona wire gold and told my nephew I found it in the brook behind his house....he dug for two days and found nothing.....I felt so bad I made him a bag of paydirt

Native here from Scottsdale, about your age. Would love to go out with a small group and learn what and how you two go about finding gold nuggets. Several years back, I purchased the original Teroso Lobo. Never really learned to use it at it's full potential. Metal detectors have advanced since then, thinking of getting another one. I didn't care for all the ground balancing on the Lobo. Due to that, I think that's why I gave up. Ready to start again. In your videos, at the end, could you please give us an estimate $$$ wise of how much you found for that day or video? I know it's not a lot and some days you find nothing, but it gives the viewer's something to get excited about. Thank you, love your videos, every time I view them I want to get back out there. Lol.
Yeah I could start adding a monetary value on the videos. Tesoro is closed now , I would consider getting a gold monster 1000 if you decide to get into the hobby , but even that machine needs to be ground balanced.

The coil was the Minelab 8 inch round mono. I had to retire that coil though, and now use the NF 8x12 EVO coil , which is deadly on the GPX5000

Yes, do not pet them 😉 The reality is that snake populations are denser is some areas more than others. Personally, I hardly ever see rattlesnakes

Thats one of Bunks prospecting picks, but im not sure he sells them anymore. There are lots of prospecting style specialty picks out there in the prospecting community stores

Where did you bury Boulderdash? Do you think a Gold Monster would have found those target - being as shallow as they were?
Ha ha , he has a wife and kids so family stuff to do. Yeah, I think the GM would have found nearly all of them. But I can cover more ground with that larger coil too, so its a trade off

Hey buddy. I live in Arizona also and I’m interested in learning everything to know about this type of mining. Do you have a recommendation on some resources that I can learn about this? Laws and requirements and also recommended equipment and such. Thanks for your time. Love the videos!
There are prospecting clubs that you can join, and you will have access to lots of mining leases. All the gold you find is yours.
Look into the roadrunners prospector club ( largest in Arizona) . If you are in Tucson, look into the desert gold diggers club.
It looks like your 5000 finds some really tiny gold. Does your Gold Monster find pieces THAT much smaller? Plus the 5000 punches deeper.... it IS a lot pricier, though. Comments?
Yes the gold monster finds much smaller gold. Its best to have both machines to cover any situation. If a person were to have one PI , it should be the GPX5000

Just wondering what settings you normally go with for the gpx?
Usually Sensitive extra and enhance. It really is best to buy a small test nugget 3 tenths of a gram and practice with the settings for 15 minutes or so until you find the setting that gives the brightest crisp and loud signal response

@@alexanderbaca7352 look up BLM land near Florence. It's a long gravel road with open areas up front, and washes from the mountains in back. It says Arizona trust land, but the has to be hundreds of campers here. Bring a metal detector and 5 gallons of panning water. There's pyrite all over, I'm having a hard time narrowing in on the real stuff

I had similar experiences. Got two detectors one new still in box GM one thousand and a equinox 800. Got rear ended by co-worker at work. Well long story short I still find it hard to walk.

The GB2 May have missed a couple due to depth for sure. However, the GB2 may have found more smaller ones.....
