The build was bought locally in Las Vegas. These types of deals are a lot harder to come by online so I buy almost everything locally. This is the way I run my business and I believe could be done in any city with a large population. Regardless even if you look locally you won't stumble across this pricing as this price was only arrived at after negotiations and is something you develop over time. Another tip I can give is to stay consistent and throw as many offers as you can. Good luck and hope this gives you a better understanding.
