Buying a Used Gaming PC for Profit I Part 3

I recently purchased a prebuilt I found in my local marketplace. I was told that the build was around 2 months old but when I checked it out seemed to be filled with a weird substance. I can only imagine what it might be... Nevertheless, I got it cleaned up, tested, and finally posted on sale. I hope you find the video entertaining and look forward to improving my videos each every upload :). T...

great video, it would be an honour to have that many cards haha
Dawg how tf you getting a pc with a r9 3900x and 2080 for $250! Ive gotten some good deals in the past from fb marketplace but god damn. Nice work
Deals like this are pretty rare but the way I usually find them is by constantly checking apps like Facebook/OfferUp and throwing out a lot of offers. I am currently a student (mostly online) so it is pretty easy to do this . What also helps a lot is that I live in a large city where there are a lot of items being posted every day so I get a lot of opportunity to purchase deals like this. I appreciate the comment and hope you find some deals yourself🫡.
wanna donate some to me broo ., i need a gpu for my 9100f still using gtx 760 .,
That’s why I always negotiate through messages I usually always throw bs offers and go from there
you did dent rebuild it u just cleaned it n got it for a good deal .u did dent even change the thermal past
I never intended to say I rebuilt the computer from scratch and apologize if the title was misleading. Regardless, I didn't repaste the system since it simply was not necessary. Believe or not the system ran extremely cool and can only give credit to the builders of the PC. While cleaning it I even found a sticker of the company that built it. They seem to be a well known PC Shop in my city and admire their work.
bruh, i got a old 470 8gb that got a 580 2048sp vbios on it. i removed all tdp limits and now it pulls 200-220W 1460MHz core 2200 memory. does around 75 FPS in furmark and is air cooled with 2 fans lel
yeah good video but im sad thath ltt and toasty bros shadow these techtubers :( kee the work done :3
They are great channels/companies and personally feel like they deserve it. They've been at this for a long time and can only admire them for that. Regardless, I appreciate the comment and will keep up and improve the videos🫡.
For it being a prebuilt you had done a nice job. Hope you have a nice day
I appreciate it and honestly most of the work was already done for me. Thermaltake did an amazing job with the build and didn't leave much for me to work on.
should look much better than mine😅
I'm sure yours is fine and wouldn't worry about it. Most people don't have nothing close as nice as this including myself😅. Regardless, it was fun to work on.
you negotiate, don't come back at video for not saying anything
I agree and is something I should do when I'm there in person and not cry about after I leave. Its something I look forward to improving this year.
Awesome Video bro. Don't worry about the audio. You did fine!
God can fix your life and cure your loneliness and depression لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير
From where did you buy it?
I found this deal on OfferUp. I personally pay for the premium membership which costs around 8 dollars a month to see listings 30 minutes earlier than everyone else but you have to decide if it's worth it for you. I also use Facebook Marketplace. Those are the two main platforms I find deals like this on.
buen vídeo. directo e informativo.
im using rx 470 msi gamingx 8gb for over a year now, it's used for mining before, the annoying part is when i turn off shortcut setting in amd adrenalin app, the driver crash, anything else fine
I've heard that drivers on older AMD cards have been annoying but haven't experienced anything like that on these cards. It might be worth reinstalling the drivers to see if it fixes the issue.
@@JoseCastanon95 even using ddu it's still persist , but if i just using minimalist adrenalin app its fine or just driver only, i think the real problem is the adrenaline app broke the driver
Hello, i just found this channel, and I watched the last video, and I really enjoyed it, im adding you to my list of tech tubers, Keep it up Jose. 👍
I appreciate it🙏🏼.
this is really good channel then I saw u only had 105 subscribers now u have 106 :)
I appreciate man! The first comments are always the hardest to get and I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to leave it🙏🏼. Regardless I'll hopefully make the channel a lot better as the year progresses and hope to see you around.
I went through like 6mins of the videos before realizing this isnt a huge techtuber! You have potential to become one
good vid bro i like your editing style
tienes buen contenido. saludos desde españa!
Muchas gracias, me alegra que te gusto y voy a tratar de mejorarlo muchísimo este año. Saludos desde aquí y gracias por el comentario🙏🏻.
I love that AMD cooler! rock one myself looks really cool
Nice idea. I'm thankful RUclips brought me here. Best of luck in the future bro!
I appreciate it and likewise🙏🏼.
Lets goooo I am your 69th Subscriber
You should probably do some super budget focused videos with less technical knowledge and more cool and rare finds and transition to your PC flipper videos.
You are completely right and have recently been considering covering budget builds. I have a couple ideas in mind and will hopefully have something up soon. Regardless, I appreciate the feedback🙏🏼 .
I thought it was made by big channel and was shocked when I saw 60 followers
I appreciate the compliment and if I'm being honest before I posted this video I had 7 subscribers and was just as shocked when I woke up the next day with around 20 subscribers. Regardless, I still have a lot long way to go and will try my best to improve something with every upload. Thanks again.
@@JoseCastanon95 Hope you will be succesful in your youtube journey)
Steal of a deal. In my country just one of those cards already costs 50$. Those old rx470-580 cards pair really well with budget chinese x99 bundles with ram, mobo, and cpu.
I have been thinking about trying those weird combos from AliExpress but still debating it. I think I might make more profit by just selling the cards as is on eBay but will have to look into it.
Those sapphire nitros 8+6 pin can just run on the 8 pin
I see and might have to give it a shot. Thanks for the tip🙏🏼.

been watching for a little bit now and how do you only have 60 subs?
I appreciate the comment and my videos haven't been the best. I've tried my best to improve them each time and can only get better over time. Thanks for the comment and hope your channel grows aswell🙏🏼.
u should have way more subscribers bro
y tf this guy have 50subs man wtf more like 300k lmao
what a steal subbbed
I messed up a lot of audio in the video and apologize. The portions seem to be from 5:50- 8:15 and 8:48 to 10:37. I completely understand if its unbearable to watch. My shirt is also extremely dirty on the last portion of the video😅.
its called a gamer shirt
Audio is good. Good content man. Try to work on the off-camera speech, It is too flat. Try to speak more excitingly. I do not mean like to copy others. But to add more excitement to make the video more watchable for the audience. BTW good work 👍
@@hzti You are completly right and funny enough my sister actually told me the same exact thing while recording😅. I can only look forward to improving it and appreciate the feedback🙏🏼.
bruh can't you make the phone audio mono or something. shit always pisses me off when fellas whispering in one ear freaky asf
I just saw it and completly missed it. It seems like its the clip from 5:50- 8:15 and 8:48 to 10:37. Let me see if youtube lets me somehow reupload or fix the audio if not I'll just have ping the clips.
Thanks for pointing it out🙏🏼.
this is a very cool and high quality video
I appreciate it and am surprised you even found the video. Thanks again 🙏🏼 know I have to improve them in a lot of ways.
Subbed
Amazing
Crazy video ❤
nice vid bro
I appreciate it🙏🏼.
That’s sick 😮
even if the gpus are mined, it does not mean the performance will be bad after a few years
W
I’m selling my RX 580 for 60$ on OfferUp but no one has messaged me, I’ve only used it for a couple months then upgraded
Try posting the card on Facebook Marketplace. Otherwise, you can try reposting the card on OfferUp every two weeks. Facebook Marketplace gives you the option to renew a post every week or so, which makes it a lot easier. Worst case scenario you could always get it listed on Ebay but will have to give them a bit on fees.
@ yeah I might try fb marketplace aswell, I’m assuming lots of people aren’t buying gpus right now because of the new Nvidia cards coming out
@@ivanrodriguez2782they probably are just interested in something that performs a bit better. But maybe a budget builder would be interested
Subed remember me when you get big
Nice video bro 🫶💯
I would love it to be a bit less long 😉
@@ibeOoms Appreciate it bro🙏🏼. I recenlty came to that conclusion as well and find it hard to condense everything. Eventually we'll get there 💪🏼.
Update on the Build: I ended up selling the build yesterday morning at my lower range target at 800 (at 22:30). So in the end I profited around 150 dollars. Far from what I usually aim to make and wish I would have negotiated further. Regardless, happy holidays and hope you guys enjoy the video.
dont quit ur day job.
I worked at grocery market a while back and made a low wage. The income I received from this "Gig" eventually payed me more than I was making there. It has truly paid off for me and currently don't have a reason to go back. Sure I'll make a consistent pay but I know that the skills I develop while reselling will help me out in the long run. Regardless, I appreciate the comment🙏🏼.
For anyone interested I have a follow up video where I "troubleshoot" the i7 14700k I removed from this build. Link: ruclips.net/video/CmIE-ifJVt8/видео.htmlsi=Jl7qfocJtPDwyoLv
1700$ bs where at
he will probably gate keep it
The build was bought locally in Las Vegas. These types of deals are a lot harder to come by online so I buy almost everything locally. This is the way I run my business and I believe could be done in any city with a large population. Regardless even if you look locally you won't stumble across this pricing as this price was only arrived at after negotiations and is something you develop over time. Another tip I can give is to stay consistent and throw as many offers as you can. Good luck and hope this gives you a better understanding.
Nice build 👍
Thank you for the compliment and the comment🙏. I'm sure you understand how much that helps as it seems you've done RUclips in the past. Regardless, I'll hopefully see you around and thanks again.
