I really need the kitchen and laundry inside the home..I'd literally give up that dining area for it
Me I put all inside the house,i even put store room with that design and it work,you can talk to the designer of the house to enlarge it but should not change the design

i really love the design and color blending
I will use the space of the plant outsife to include it in the house. That way I will have all that space & will be able to fit a restroom in between the bedrooms. Half or about half of the patio I will include it for the inside of the house to make it a kitchen together with the space where the bath is now. Or use the whole patuo space. You can also put the washer inside,if possible, in bathroom or somewhere. Pockets doors for bedroom & baths will save space

Nice little house. I would have a different color for the wall and couch. Blue and blue or grey and grey, green and green. A cabinet or shelves in the bathroom. For linen or bathroom supplies. Kitchen outside would be nice. A two burner inside fine too. Thank you for sharing with us.

Just realized how little the Filipinos value the kitchen space in a house despite the claim that food is the center of family gathering. I’ve seen van tour & tiny homes put more thought in kitchen areas than most of Filipino house plans.
Because Filipinos loves eating outside the house. Usually Family Gatherings are happening in the terraces, front yard or in the back yard of the house
Fiilipinos just like any nationality value kitchen space. This is a weird design.

@@djrcchannel6496 dirty kitchen ganun?.., for me I think prefer sa cr dun yung kitchen tapos yung cr dun papalabas.. Also panget ng cr pg naka tapat sa dining napanood kuyan sa mga expert it's not good impression lalo pag pinto ng cr tapat talaga sa table.

by the way i am planning to build my own house and my land is 150sqm.
but i am planning to have a yard around the house that's why i only want a house with around 70-90sqm. with 3 bedrooms i hope you ca give me some idea.😊

Nice design but single-family dwellings are a primary cause of the housing shortage here in Toronto. We have 100,000 moving here per year. There is not enough land for them to each have a single-family dwelling. we need to replace several tens of thousands with high-rise condominiums just to have enough room. for an extra million people in ten years. We are already out of and to develop on so our only option is to begin replacing a single home with hi-rise structures. The 40sq meters that house takes up could house an additional 100 people in a hir-ride and at a lower cost.

There's no kitchen here why ? The laundry space can be used as the kitchen and combined.

What manufacturer makes a washer/dryer that can operate successfully in an outdoor space? What human wants to remove laundry from the dryer during a thunderstorm?
That is apparently the kitchen as well. So who wants to cook outside when it is raining?
if you want a midnight snack: where is the kitchen or how can you get dishes / deposit dishes?
