UGH is that an outdoor laundry area?!!! Uck!! Very cramped home - SKIP THIS ONE FOLKS!!

In my country we can put the Aircond compressor on higher height near the ceiling, so we could make space to walk pass the car.
The first bedroom I would keep 1 windows as it’s a small room and we can cut cost on that.
The dining area is no no when table were push into the wall, it will become a poor man house, unless you like the look then go ahead. I will put the dining a little bit in the middle so it become an island and chairs surrounding it or we can opt for round table.
I don’t mind cooking inside and could use a blower to move the odour so I’ll fully utilise the kitchen inside. For outside I’ll transform the kitchen into outdoor play area, put a couch and also tuck away the laundry area in a hidden place in the same space.
I’ll opt for mobile or fixed awning to protect the car from any harsh weather.
