For the bedrooms and small hall upstairs, maybe doors leading to the roof and turn it into a terrace? I can also imagine stairs from the second floor roof leading to the roof above the bedrooms, a second terrace or rooftop garden or space for solar panels.

simple but awesome lay out. To match with my taste and requirement, i would add kitchen counter top instead of dinning table and move toilet and bath beside stairs to look more spacious. For upper floor, i would swith single to master bed room a and terrace. Current design is neat tho

can you make another layout similar to this but instead of the bedroom on the lower level showing through the glass, try to make it the stairs instead and with a home office setup instead of 3 bedrooms? this is by far the best design that i found suits my needs and taste. it's really good and offers so much flexibility
I like the laundry area 😍 but one thing, there is only one comfort room in the house. 3 bedrooms with only one common cr. ☺️
The interior is beautiful also and we love the accent and the earth tone color😍

can you flip the lay out? placing the firewall on the left side. and making the windows on the dining area into a sliding door that open to a porch? and remove the T&B place it near the bedroom 1? adding another hall way with two bedrooms and a t&B?
