Esse foi o melhor projeto que vi de casa pequena. Muito bem dividida, esse espaço embaixo da escada pode ser usado pra o cantinho do café ☕ a iluminação é perfeita e a ventilação cruzada tbm. Esse espaço do telhado pode facilmente ser utilizado como um terraço, é só abrir uma porta de acesso em vez da janela do meio e fazer a coberta e fica perfeito como uma área de convivência familiar 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

can you make another layout similar to this but instead of the bedroom on the lower level showing through the glass, try to make it the stairs instead and with a home office setup instead of 3 bedrooms? this is by far the best design that i found suits my needs and taste. it's really good and offers so much flexibility

can you flip the lay out? placing the firewall on the left side. and making the windows on the dining area into a sliding door that open to a porch? and remove the T&B place it near the bedroom 1? adding another hall way with two bedrooms and a t&B?

instead of having the 2 pokey bedrooms on the 2nd floor make the 2nd floor a suite with a bathroom and an office nook then you wouldn't have to go all the way downstairs next to the kitchen when you have to pee in the middle of the night.

I'd like a house who has pantry/store room. Like we can live clean and tidy with no wants, only needs. The design shows pretty much that.
