I would like to rent out and sell the houses in Greece and Germany. I would like 2 houses ore more (new business) next to each other, about 40-60 square meters per house My idea is downstairs kitchen, seating with dining area And a small toilet and maybe upstairs a bathroom and bedroom. Or everything as a bungalow on one floor and stairs from the outside and use the roof as a terrace. And on the roof a frame with solar as a sun canopy and space to sit. Maybe you have a different idea, i am open for all, please contact me.

Why do you design a house with appliance outside, What if it rain or a storm? Where is the safety in that.
Depends where you live. Pretty sure you can build an enclosure. You don't have follow everything 100% like a mindless robot.
Who puts a washing machine outside?
In warmer climates they do all the time.
