Hi, can I have a request for senior couple house in 6ft by 16ft house with 1 bedroom and loft bedroom with it.. just a simple house with kitchen and 1 bathroom.. if possible ✌thanks!
Basically, it’s a nice design. But one issue I have with so many small house designs is that the living rooms often consist of a space just wide enough to position a couch facing a wide screen tv. There’s no room for a chair to be added that faces the couch, allowing for facing conversation. Life at home should facilitate more than just sitting on a couch watching tv.
Agreed:) Given that it is only 265 sqft (5mx5m) there is not much you can do. I would go 6.5mx6.5m for just under 500 sqft, Still small but much more comfortable. And ditch the bloody TV!
I would put this way in a positive view, this living room size purpose is to focus on watching tv, conversation could be done probably during mealtime or while outdoors which is healthier while you do activities with family, I don’t mean mingle with big crowds which we’re prone to viruses 🤭😅

With a little bit more space and some improvements this will be nice especially with a spacious yard! We are currently going through design and I prefer to have multiple small units similar to this rather than having one huge house. Only one thing is stopping me and that is not having an upper floor just in case of flooding in the future.
I know extra storage is not aligned with minimalist mindset. But I believe we should always have some extra food and survival essentials plus a place to put away all the cleaning stuff (mop, broom, vacuum, detergents, etc.)
It seems like this house has no cross ventilation this could create anxiety attack and not good for....yeah house is small but there should lots air flow n natural light...
Nice. But the placement of the fridge is terrible, the small terrace could be pushed out to have a bit more living space. For such a tiny house, it could use a more customized design for the furniture to better adapt to the limited space. It lacks storage and no place for a desk and a computer. The kitchen window does not do it for me.

Excellent and very enjoyable presentation. You got that part down. But may I suggest you get out of your head so much and start moving around and living in your imaginary plans. Measure the spaces out in real life and see how your body feels in those spaces. Then, as you look at your own 3D plan, imagine real life going on there. The fridge right outside your bedroom door? That humming sound will get annoying real soon and you’ll be closing that door. Plus a fridge against a wall leaves that ugly gap in the back. How about putting it into a niche? But make it wide enough for a large freezer - that’s great to store quality food. A small pantry is incredibly practical in real life. It stores so much food in case one needs to, but it also is a place for all those things like a blender or vacuum cleaner even. That European IKEA closet solution in the BR wastes a lot of space. Real walk-in type closets allow for so much more storage, plus they declutter a bedroom in a big way. Plus they reduce garbage, because that type of furniture typically doesn’t last a decade. Additionally, since it’s trendy furniture one tires of its looks and the desire to get a newer trendier one is a given. As you imagine working in your kitchen you’ll ask yourself why is this a solid kitchen door and not one with panes? More light plus I can see what’s going on outside of this cramped space. As a rule: the more tiny a space, the more windows relieve the feeling of being locked up. An alternative to windows would be large monitor screens imitating windows. Great for underground or in less nice surroundings than perfect computer simulation yards. But of course only an emergency solution that requires energy. If the surroundings are ugly or it’s one unit next to the other, consider what the ancient Romans did: turn the house inside out, that is, an interior court (atrium) and no windows on the outside. That way you can literally put unit next to unit, outside wall to outside wall, and thus also save on space in the housing development allotment. Another way to create a feeling of space in a tight footprint is to give high ceilings. A cathedral ceiling as they were known in the 80s, with additional windows up high really relieves crampness. I also urge you to put in a bathtub. You may not like taking a bath but at least 50% of the population does. It’s a real medical tool when you’re coming down with something or your body is aching from keeping that large impeccable yard as clean as it is now. A great way to save space in the bathroom is to take a design feature from camper vans, where the sink folds up and allows for toilet placement below. No one ever needs to use the sink at the same time they use the toilet. It reduces the bathroom from 3 points of wall space to 2. That freed up wall gives you closet space from the other side. Finally, it is a great thing to be able to have several distinct areas to chill in. When 2 people live in that space there should be 2 areas to withdraw into. Right now you have a bed and a couch. Perhaps create a little loft space nook to retreat into with a view from a window. Especially if there’s a yard. You put the dining table into the middle of that already tight space. I personally am a huge fan of dining booths. The way you see them in restaurants. They are great. Space saving, and if regular size, 4 can sit cozily and comfortably if you ever have guests. When the dining booth is in a bay window, you not only have a glorious place to sit and watch the outside, but it also technically saves on actual footprint. And seriously, who doesn’t love a restaurant dining booth? In any case, hope you don’t take my input as harsh criticism but instead as friendly feed back. I’m looking forward to see even better plans. 👍🏻
Its so nice to see a house, even a small one, that looks like a house and not like a trailer. It is also nice that the house is fire-resistant stucco, rather that "rustic" (ug) and flammable logs or plank siding.
Visited this many times. Elegant design especially for minimalist. I wouldn't mind building a house like this. My dad is an architect, but this floor plan and exterior is a beauty. Thanks for the floor plan. Garry from southern California.
I love, love these small homes. I live in a condo in a golf community but the maintenance and assessment can get high. We have to fix all problems regardless if it actually affects your building.
Perhaps twice as big, yes. Like this as presented in this video, no no ....the corner you all living room is just bs, the bedroom you call bedroom is a joke. Kitchen and bath okish. What's the price on this ????
👍🏾👍🏾 this is really nice, looking forward to a bigger version. And many thanks for the floor plan. It helps visualize better the design because the video by itself goes fast. The plan also helps to assess things such as the locations for doors and windows and whether the windows could be a bit larger so as to let in more sunlight during the day.
Beautiful design💕looks very comfy for a single person. I was looking for a 3 bedroom 3 bath being the guestroom has it's own bath like the master bedroom. 3rd bathroom displayed for visitors. Another suggestion the fridge is not sitting right for me ,separated from the kitchen area.
Good concept for a single person...but again, in Philippines, size does'nt matter. The most concerns would be...noisy and assholes neighborhood. Some LGU's not a flinch of help. So, it depends on your response for your property and house to be effective and efficient home.
woah you only need 1M petot (approx) to achieve this. lot expenditure included.. I only have 10 percent of that on hand :') this is my dream my own space. cuz I'm gay and will never have family so I grow old and die alone and this is the best house for me.
That’s an absolutely stunning video. Good creative work and great editing skills. Truly this video is very informative and eye-catching. Looking forward for many more such good videos from you. Good luck and God Bless for your future, life and career.....

Glad you like it. ❤❤❤
Hello love this design plz can l kindly have floor plan thanks😊
I love, love these small homes. I live in a condo in a golf community but the maintenance and assessment can get high. We have to fix all problems regardless if it actually affects your building.
Melhor projeto que eu já vi. Parabéns. 🇧🇷
I love this. Single. That's all you need. Your yard will be a another place to expand and enjoy nature!
That's all you need if you don't need any storage.
@@charlesroehl5950 one unit of this to live in and another unit without built-ins for storage 😹😹😹
Ganda 😍
I see a lot of future water damage problems with the flat roof.
Perhaps twice as big, yes. Like this as presented in this video, no no ....the corner you all living room is just bs, the bedroom you call bedroom is a joke. Kitchen and bath okish.
What's the price on this ????
Everything that I need this is my dream house super love it
Love this small beautiful little house so cozy and beautiful well put together thank you so much for sharing it with us today
How much the budget of that kind of house? What is the flr area?🥰
Tambah 1 kamar tidur anak dong gimana ya
Wow this is a perfect little house ,love it 😍xx
Parabéns trabalho de profissionais 👍👍👍👍
I love this design...beautiful n neat..n thankyou for the free plan
Beautiful design💕looks very comfy for a single person. I was looking for a 3 bedroom 3 bath being the guestroom has it's own bath like the master bedroom. 3rd bathroom displayed for visitors. Another suggestion the fridge is not sitting right for me ,separated from the kitchen area.
Good concept for a single person...but again, in Philippines, size does'nt matter. The most concerns would be...noisy and assholes neighborhood. Some LGU's not a flinch of help.
So, it depends on your response for your property and house to be effective and efficient home.
Really beautiful !!! Thank you ! 🙏❤️
woah you only need 1M petot (approx) to achieve this. lot expenditure included.. I only have 10 percent of that on hand :') this is my dream my own space. cuz I'm gay and will never have family so I grow old and die alone and this is the best house for me.
Such a smart and cute design. I would find some way to have a patio. Other than that, BRILLIANT idea 💡💡💡
Thank you! 😊
Great home had to turn music waaaay down....
But it's a Small 🏠 house in look's like 5 acre's of land..... just build bigger with that much land....
Nice house. I know its a small home, but its too small for me, and I'm single. I would need more room. Love the location, though.
Ms. L. Churchill
God bless your beautiful casa, less is more. 🙏💥🌻🌞
Needs more or bigger windows. But like the modern look to the exterior.
Ideal house for me and my daughter....this house fit to us...thank you for sharing this:)
You are so welcome!
That's all I need. I wouldn't have kitchen table/chairs and eat while watching TV
This is nice, so simple
I will build this as my small private office 😄
Thankyou
Where will you keep the stuff? Kitchen grocceries, utensils, utilities, personal stuff, etc. This is just a concept house. No one can live here.
Thanks for the free floor plan. It was very helpful
Realistically, way too small!!! Not even enough space beside the bed for a bedside table. Silly!!!
Love your designs. I have had fun re-creating them in the sims 4. With credits to you of course.
Yan ang gagawin kong bahay, first bili muna ako lote, iksakto lng sa budget
It's so cute and cozy,a perfect place for me and my cat.❤
very nice for a guest house..
Que show essa casinha.
Thank you for such a simple and minimalist style floor plan!
💓💓💓
Not enough windows. If you need the full wall put the windows up high so at least you have natural light coming in.
That's all you need absolutely Beautiful 😍 ❤
How do you get all this ground around it? All for this price? I just wonder 💭
Surprised they don’t utilize that ROOF space……🙄
(Deck/Solar Panels)😉
LOVE IT!!!💜💜💜👌
Super cute.sa panahon ngayon mhlga n lng may matulungan..mga Americano nga mga bhay nl pingbili n at sa bus n lng nkatira kc libre n Ang kuryente..
Cute. Good for one person.
I wonder if as an American i would be able to purchase a home like this in Palawan?
Just amazing very stunning. Congratulations.
Thank you sir.
Wow! Very nice simple house ❤
Thank you 💕
🏠 so endowed with opulence as small as it is. Kudos to guys. ☑️
Thank you.
Am so happy that I have not build my house yet , Now that am a practicing minimalist , I now have a design of how my house will look like . Cheers!!!
Sounds great!
Yes best tiny I've seen in a long time, love it.
Love the design! Thank you :) If I may ask, can it have a roof deck? Like a chill roof deck for example in kdramas? hahaha
It's possible but you'll need some adjustments for the location of stair.
@@PinoyHouseDesigns Would you recommend to have the stairs outside or inside? hehe
Hermosa en todo sentido: distribución de habitaciones. Diseño único!!
Lam contenta de que te haya gustado
Ok... I wish I could have one right now
That looked like a gas stove. I would not like to have a gas stove next to a wall. Didn't see a water heater.
Thank You person of much skill nd kindness.
That’s an absolutely stunning video. Good creative work and great editing skills. Truly this video is very informative and eye-catching. Looking forward for many more such good videos from you. Good luck and God Bless for your future, life and career.....
