Love the deck! Kitchen is ok, living room furniture is way too bulky for a room this small. The smaller bedroom needs to be larger. Actually both bedrooms need to be larger and finally, needs a half if not full bathroom with the washer in one of them, not the living room.
I love the layout of the rooms and love the fact that it is not a bland white everything type of home that so many designers tend to go for. I love depth of colours like the greens and browns. On cold days it is a warm feeling that comes over you instead of the stark white that tends to make you feel chilly. As for the designs of the tiles, they are all great designs but like someone else said here, there is overuse in the rooms. It is a good rule of thumb never to mix designs in the same area. You wouldn't put two different designs on an item of clothing, so don't do it with tiles. For a family that is a small kitchen with very little area for pantry items. That would bother me if I was thinking of buying it. The only thing you could do is add a tall cupboard at the corner on 6:04 near the main table and move the table further towards the kitchen to make room for it. The verandah is a nice touch.

In principle, you can leave the washer in the living room, you just need to hide it in a niche so that it is not conspicuous. What's worse is that there is no mudroom. Where to leave outerwear and outdoor shoes?

Im Inneren würde ich Küche und Schlafzimmer austauschen, den Esstisch nach hinten verschieben und vorne bei der Terrasse einen schönen, grossen Wohnraum machen. Im Regionen ohne ständigen Sonnenschein ist dies dringend notwendig und auf einen riesigen Ferseher könnte verzichtet werden. Das zweite Zimmer könnte als Büro, Gast oder Kinderzimmer benutzt werden. Und natürlich wären Tapeten und Plattenbeläge in eher in heller Unifarbe notwendig

Yes, that’s a peculiar place to stick a washer! But, otherwise a good layout for 561 square feet. Would have gotten rid of one of the dining tables.
