I thoroughly enjoyed myself on this episode I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you Sis @Madam speaker. I appreciate you and continue doing the great work you're doing. May God continue to bless you abundantly ❤❤❤❤❤
Nothing like a lady that has been accountable for the work she has to do on herself, and has worked on herself 🙌🏾. Not only aesthetically and/or financially, but most importantly, internally!
I love Mutondi so much, we went to the same high school and she was in the same class with my sister what a beautiful and intelligent woman, proud of her and all her achievements. God bless you.
You know this theory of "women wanting to be CEO at work and home" bothers me. Statistically, we don't have enough women in senior positions to meet the marriage to divorce rate of educated middle class. Besides this, Mutondi said it well: what it takes to be a CEO and wife are the same qualities. If she was disrespectful as a human being, she will do it everywhere. Her job, even losing it, won't change her until SHE decides to learn respect as a person. If positions and money changed women, then store cashiers would be angels. Make it make sense.
I like how you think and reason by putting facts on the table. You have nailed it, both roles are very demanding and we master them very well! It’s a whole lot of issues that lead to divorce and we haven’t even begun to scratch the surface!❤❤❤
3:48-"Going to a school in town exposed me to a lot of things happening out there".... I've always said it .."Growth thrives in a conducive environment".So ,Bazalwane if you have the means expose your kidz to the most comfotable if not best environments and the ROI will always come up later in their lives!
Ive found my role model ill ask her to be my mentor my life is not similar but EXACTLY like hers like exactly exactly and I love the eloquent articulation😊
I totally agree, can African man start helping out in the house and with children please. It also a way of showing love towards your wife when you are able elevate pressure and the load. A less pressured wife will be happier to even cater in the bedroom.
The fact that women are CEO’s at work and then at home as well is not why marriages dont work. These things can be dealt with in the relationship. People let things slide and think marriage will change everything. When I first met my partner he had to tell me to tone down on the lawyering cos I was doing it after hours and I had to work on that. Why wait to deal with it in marriage?
I ate Morvite for breakfast, lunch and supper for days on end! Varsity for me was a very traumatic experience.... I get u when u r mentioning ur struggles ❤
Mutondi made me realise that i am not delusional because in terms of mjolo, im going through what she went through, im forever told i expect a lot from men
thats so true, I wish you could edit the caption and include CA, so people who are searching about CA stream are able to see. I can relate to the struggles, The route is hard and I made my choice that I am not mentally ready for this so I changed careers. SAICA is not for the faint-hearted 🥲🤞

Make it make sense.
Actually, you made it make sense.
Absolutely! being a CEO and a wife requires similar qualities. True change starts within, regardless of job titles.
