I like the Exmark Turf tracer but with tax it’s $7800 the snapper pro SW35 48” with Kawasaki motor is $5300 delivered to me no snapper mower near me.keep in mind this is a PT job for me I have me. What would you recommend to someone to do if soliciting is illegal in your county and the permit is way to expensive?
If I wanted the area bad enough I would do a mail out specialized with pricing. But if not and just needed some properties I'd do some social media ads targets your area and demographic and a Sunday newspaper ad. Then Offer referral discounts to encourage the word of mouth and network with builders, contractors and realtors If your on a tight budget.
@@itshisturf23 Thanks for getting back to me. I am going to try the direct mail approach. I already offer a referral discount but that doesn't seem to get them fired up enough to tell a friend or neighbor. I am in Northwest Florida in a saturated market of competition.
