Hey there Tana! Thank you for a lovely class, i absolutely enjoyed it and felt very empowered afterwards. My main issue is how to lighten then pressure on my wrists. I appreciated youre guidance to rotate the arms inward and to focus on first finger and thumb, and I am trying to modulate my form and musculature so it is not all bearing down so sharply at that 90 degree angle between palm and wrist when we're in plank and up-dog etc, but it's still a painful spot. Wondering if you had some simple excercises in mind that can tone the muscles of the wrist, or some adjustments to ease the pressure there. I'me getting a few ideas, now as I write this, perhaps wrist rotations while in reverse warrior, and pressing the backs of the hands on the ground while in wide-legged foreward fold... :) Much love to you and looking forward to the next class! :)

I enjoyed this practice very much. The only complication (and I’ve noticed that you’ve done this variation in another video as well) reclined warrior to rainbow pose… i may not be doing right but it feels kinda weird. Anywho just my two cents. Still loved the class and enjoy your energy!
I liked it but I found it confusing too. If I could have seen the sequence before doing it backwards and not seeing maybe I wouldn't have been confused
