If it tastes good, I’m not sure what the harm is in having variations of a recipe. Cooking is not regimented. My mom makes a similar recipe but doesn’t add tomatoes or coconut milk- it tastes delicious. I’m sure Wendy’s version is delicious too.

I am sorry to say this but cinnamon and cloves are not the spices that you add for a fish curry. It's only added in meat dishes

You can get frozen grated coconut from any Indian grocery store in Canada 😊 let it defrost and it’s perfect to use😊 Enjoy!
