Feel free to leave a comment letting me know what your favorite moments/theories about the album are! I’d also love suggestions on how you think I could improve my reactions!
The Starting Line referenced in The Black Dog is a band from like the early 2000s or so. Matty Healy has sampled them in songs for the 1975 and is known to be a fan.
I’ve learned so much since my initial reaction to this album! Rewatching this video it’s clear to me that I was too tired to pick up on a lot of the nuances. 🤣
Hey! I just found you from your Sha-pell 😉 video and love your reactions. I cant believe you slipped under my radar during my TTPD reaction binges. Thank you so much for this, you're a gem and your edits are *chefs kiss* I've read some of your comments and you've mentioned in voiceovers that you understand more now, so if you'd like to share your current thoughts on the album/s I'd love a video like that from you! But I'm subbed now for whatever you do next regardless ❤
Omg thank you! There were SO many TTPD reactions and mine was thrown together last minute. So I can see where it wouldn’t get pushed out as much. But I’m glad you found it and enjoyed it! Welcome. 💕 I have such a deeper understanding of this album now and I’m itching to revisit it! But I annoy a lot of people in my daily life talking about Taylor 😅 and I’m in a spot where I’m having to work a lot at my actual job. My uploading will be a little inconsistent for a couple months. Just a heads up!
@@CryoGnuin I totally get the annoying everyone with Taylor stuff thing, that's why I watch these kinds of videos; I fangirl and theorise with y'all to give my people a break 😂 but I totally get it. Look after yourself, King 💜 see you in the next one!
22 was my fave too, all in on some more rock type songs with a bit of spice. I think maybe it wasn't there before from Taylor as much as she's so much more comfortable in her skin now and finally has a guy who can keep up with her, cause damn she's in shape!
Seeing this side of Taylor since she’s been with Travis has been so refreshing! She’s finally getting the pure unhinged romance that she has always deserved! She looks like she’s having genuine fun for the first time in a long time. Honestly the pop/rock sound is so suited for her. It’s why I like so many songs from Speak Now! 💜
I’m literally the only person that she fooled with the song title I think. “Any real defining clues” and I’m just here like “Kim???? Who is she?” Which like…valid.
I agree with most of those! On The Anthology portion my faves are imgonnagetyouback, Chloe or Sam, So High School, I Hate It Here, and thank you aIMee!
You said in the video that it was track 6 of the second album. It’s not. It’s track 5. Which explains why it’s so damn DEVASTATING. ✨ Track 5 things. ✨
@@DoubleBlack2.0 OHHHHH. I was like are we really gonna have the double album debate? 🤣 Because I’m a one album truther. I just misspoke then, hahaha. It was like 3am at the time 💀
@@CryoGnuin Lol, I was so shocked that you stayed up and kept going. Most people slept before reacting to the Anthology for this very reason. Too tired, too many songs, brain cannot compute! 😂
@@DoubleBlack2.0 lmaooooo I should have waited! I regret it a little bit and I know better for next time. I didn’t even remember most of my reaction when I was editing the video and it was like listening to the music for the first time again 😭
does no one else remember hearing the Genius lyrics and not the lyrics on spotify for I Hate it Here? i’ve NEVER heard the word paris in that song. i’ve listened to it so much……im smelling a conspiracy
🤣 If you listen on Apple Music with Dolby Atmos turned on it’s in the HQ render of the song. They make different mixes for Dolby Atmos and sometimes lyric differences make their way into those tracks.

@@CryoGnuin that makes sense, you did this all on release night which was a lofty goal! :)

"No Midnight in paris" feels like a glitch (Easter egg) 👀
I agree! I’m like there’s no way they left that in on accident right???

Uhh.. How Did It End? is track FIVE, babe..
The Anthology has the first 16 songs from TTPD included in the track listing. So that makes How Did It End? track 21.
