Recipe 食谱
1. Bread flour 高筋面粉 270gm
2. Caster sugar 细砂糖 40gm
3. Yeast 酵母 2gm
4. Salt 盐 2gm
5. Milk powder 奶粉 30gm
6. Unsalted butter 无盐奶油 20gm
7. Water 水 200gm
*The baking time is for reference only, may adjust according to your oven
*烘焙的时间只作于参考, 按个人烤箱调整

Can I use machine to mix the dough or must it be using hand to stretch the dough? Is there a difference?

Hi Chong, is 1:0.75. This recipe contain 75% of water and is a very wet and moisture dough
