- Recipe of soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies. They're so delicious: soft and chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the edges!

Makes 14 large cookies.
Ingredients:
- 100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar;
- 50g (1/4 cup) white sugar;
- 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened;
- 1 large egg;
- 190g (1½ cup) all-purpose flour;
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- 140g (3/4 cup) chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a bowl beat softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add egg and beat until combined.
2. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture into the butter mixture. 1/2 at the time, mix until combined.
3. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide the dough into 14 pieces
using a tablespoon. Shape cookies into balls. Scoop the dough onto a
prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between the cookies. And refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden around the edges. Let them cool down.
