And I can confirm, they looked amazing in real life too! ❤
ha, ha! you can!
These shoes are adorable. ❤
thank you!
More creativity from you - looks like you may have a new "side hustle!" You could sell them at your studio tours! Just something to whip up when you have "free" time! I can watch you do anything on here - always a pleasure!
ha, ha! They’d be too expensive to sell if you think about the time….
I love lady bugs and the sneakers. I'm not one for designing my sneakers but I love how they turned out.
Thank you for the video. 🤗🌹
You are so welcome!
What a great idea to use with acrylic paint. I have some I haven't been using. I might give this a go.
Tfs
Have fun!
Thank you for sharing this Liz. This is just the solution for a pair of sneakers I have that are badly stained. BRILLIANT.
Glad it was helpful!
They look brilliant ❤❤❤
thank you so much!
Hullo Liz, I have used GAC and other fabric prep solutions they all work pretty well just follow the directions! I like to thin out my acrylic paints just a bit more, but it is personal preference! I like the idea of using a matt medium to seal in the paints! Thanks for showing us your project! it is well done and so lovely!
Thanks for the tips!
Oh my gosh, I love these 😁
thank you so much
*Love your project!* Ohuhu has fabric ready markers, too.
Does it? I will take a look
‘Ooh, that’s lovely dear”! How many times have we heard that while crafting from our other half?
Right?!
Thanks for the link, Liz. Just watched it. You explain things so well. Love them ♥️🐞
Thanks so much! 😊

@@LizChadertonArt I posted them to your FB group.. bit of a mess but at least they're not bright white anymore lol
@@catchip oh sorry! I find it very hard to keep track across the different platforms!
Are you going to wear them on Thursday Liz ? I’m sure the class would like to see them in the flesh 😉
Will do!
Formaldehyde? Please be careful to use a skin barrier, such as nitrile gloves in addition to good vented air flow.
thank you for the warning
Adorable ❤
Are the acrylic pens heat set also?
inevitably they will be heated too, but I don’t think it has any effect on them
Brilliant video, Liz. I need to have a go at this. Would the same process work for painting on Tee Shirts?
yes, it should and you can iron to heat set
