I have a cordless air blower i use to blow my filters and I get my handheld dyson to suck the brush and remove any hair, I also wash my 2 sweeping brushes in warm water and pull the tassels with my fingers straighten them back out

Try contacting eufy support or ask in Facebook group how to do a hard reset of your model.
