My Astro device became unresponsive after just 13 months and wouldn't even factory reset. Amazon support was unhelpful, offering no solutions despite hours of online chat. I find it unacceptable that they don't offer repairs beyond the one-year warranty, especially for a device that malfunctioned after minimal use (I only used it 6-7 times). I experienced constant issues, including frequent factory resets and the need to remap my entire house. Eventually, it stopped updating and became useless. If you've bought an Astro within the last year, I strongly suggest returning it for a full refund before the warranty expires. Amazon has refused to help me since my warranty expired. It's as if they've abandoned the product, yet they're still selling it at an exorbitant price. I paid $999, and it was the worst investment I've ever made. The lack of support and removal of review sections raise serious questions about Amazon's business practices. It's disappointing that there's no clear way for customers to voice concerns and share experiences. They removed the comments sections on Amazon official RUclips page as well as amazons own Astro page. Why there is no review section on amazons own site. If they truly want to support this product, they would then offer fixing it they would want to Improve it! That’s not the case!

I can't connect my monitor to my PC using only the USB C to USB C cable. I have add the HDMI to get video. That's 2 cables to use my monitor. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

I got mine today. The gel pad gets an A and will save my wrist, as I am on the computer for several hours a day. The mouse pad gets an F. Zero "grip" to this...too slick. My mouse just slips around on it. I don't have time for this, so I just put my old mouse pad on top of it. The manufacturers need to put some "grip" on the pad--it's too slick! I recommend this for the comfort but not for the mouse pad control.

I don’t know what model of the 16 you use, but to get a good picture of the moon, have a 16 Pro/ProMax phone so you can get 25x, once you zoomed in to the moon, lower the exposure, hope this helps.

OMG YALL.. go into settings, go to screen time, then click content&privacy restrictions. Then go to iTunes & App Store purchases, click allow, then put your screen time password and there you go.. your welcome😭
