Thank you! I'm elderly and love this little vacuum. I've got 2 cats and use it twice a day. I only have to lug out the regular vacuum every so often to get the edges really good. I got replacement parts, (white filters, black ones and brush), from Amazon. However, the brush, screen and black filter can be washed with Dawn detergent, (my personal favorite), and water. I use a scrub brush on the brush. On the white filter I use canned air as well as everywhere else on it. I really appreciate your tutoring on taking it apart. It was of great help.
Wow! Thanks a lot! I usually open it, clean everything out, I put that part back. Then I flip it over and take the other part out. Well, I dropped everything and I got kind of disconnected, and could not remember where everything goes. Even though there is the diagram on it. Thanks to you, I know everything I need to know to go above and beyond just cleaning those compartments and around the wheels. I guess it pays to not lose the owners manual.🤭
I bought one a couple of weeks ago. I had a gift card, and the vac had been marked down twice so I got a good deal. With 5 cats, and 3 litter boxes there's a lot of fur and dust. Even more dust with the near-by cement plant and interstate. I washed the filters and dirt collector in the bathroom sink, and put the filters on the floor vent for the warm air to dry. The parts are on on the website. My cats are good at finding lost "whiskers" for me. They make great toys for them. :-) It came with 2 extra.
hi i’ve been gifted this vacuum but it isn’t able to climb the little step between doors? it’s not like a huge step about half inch if that? aparently the persons child sat on for a ride ! is there any way to fix that or is that normal? ty
Thanks for showing how to get wheel out of housing. I don't like this whole system. Note: DO NOT LEVER AT THE SENSOR in front of it. I made that mistake.
The entire swivel wheel housing comes out and is easier to take out the wheel by popping it out from the backside. You don’t have to pry it out. You can pop it out instead.
@@JustADad No worries. When I said that I was in a bad mood. So, I can see how that comes off as being super critical of you. I want to say that I do really appreciate you being one of the few people to do one of these disassemblies as a video online. I actually managed to take my vacuum apart.* That didn’t fix the issue, despite my literally taking the motor out and cleaning it. So, I ordered two new motors to cut down on shipping just in case one of them I got broke down after a short period of time, but before almost a week after I took my vacuum apart, and a few days before they arrived, my vacuum magically started working again. This seems like an issue with the company that manages Eufy. Motors break down, sure. But the fact that they can’t reliably tell when those motors actually burn out is disappointing. *I’m an idiot for missing those two screws as long as I did. By trying to force it open for so long, I may have permanently damaged the frame of the vacuum to the point that it now partially obscures the power button to the point that I can’t turn the vacuum off without taking it apart.
The dust container should flip open. It takes a little oomph to get the filter bracket off, but it will pop off. The top filter comes out pretty easily.
I cannot get my 25C to connect to internet. It connected to wifi but I cannot get it to connect to internet. Please advise ~ ~ step by step if you can. I am trying this on my smartphone (android). HELP!!!!
This is the best video I have watched about Eufy vacuum maintenance. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!

Your smart filter can be taken off and washed! (The filter with the stain) so you don’t have to wash the whole blue unit ❤️🔥

I wish you would show how to do a full disassembly of this device. I've tried everything in this video and am still recieving a side brush issue.
Sorry about that

@@larrimus4309 So nice of you! thanks so much for sharing some great information to help me and others!!
Could you show how to take the blue part off from the dust container
the blue part should snap onto the base of the container.

The one that snaps to close the dust container
Thanks for watching,
