Overall, setting up the Eufy 25c is simplistic and straightforward. I begin by going through the physical steps for preparing the Robovac. Then, I transition into the technical setup up of connecting the eufy25c to your WiFi and the EufyHome App setup. Lastly, I go over the basic controls and features of the Eufy 25c.
While I did run into one issue during the install process (The robot vacuum didn't connect to my WiFi on the first try), I was able to complete the whole setup/install process in about 10 mins.

Ik this was video is old but does anyone know why when I put mine on the charger, my light flashes orange and the Wi-Fi is also flashing. But it just completely stops, after like 10 secs. And then the pause/play button turns and stays red?? Please help if anyone knows, thankyou

Every time I try to connect to my eufy network it says “no internet connection”. I’ve reset everything, reinstalled, etc… it’s still not working. Any suggestions?

My Robovac 25c just refuses to find its way back home. What kind of technology does it use to even know where the charging base is?

The screen at 3:26 - it's popping up every time I try to connect. The robovac also is not working, as soon as it departs from the charging base it turns off. I can initialize the set up but about 15-18 seconds into the wifi connection process, the wifi light on my eufy 25c stops lighting up and the only thing lit up is the play/pause button which is red.
Any ideas?
Maybe it just isn't charging or needs more time to charge? I just unboxed it but shortly after it docks, the charging light stops and the play/pause button is red 🤷
I read it takes 5/6 hours to charge so maybe charge it overnight
I'm having the same frustrating issue. It's not charging. Play/Pause button solid red. I just unboxed it today, and I've had it on the charger for 8 hours and still nothing. It's not responding to the remote or long press holds to the play/pause button. The blue wifi only stay connected for about 10 minutes. Did you ever figure out the issue?

For some reason my Wi-Fi light on my vacuum cleaner keeps flashing quickly so I can’t seem to get it attached to the Wi-Fi.
Have to tried just turning off/on? Are you able to see its WiFi signal when attempting to connect to the app? Don't forget to subscribe and join the 3411 Heaven Fam.
I just bought my eufy and I don't think is moping. When it finish the water tank is still full of water. 🤷♀️

Mine says It needs a firmware update but the update fails and then it shuts down. Any suggestions??
Try rebooting both the robot and your device. Then try just unlinking and re linking it to your app. That usually fixes most problems. Don’t forget to subscribe and join the 3411 Heaven Fam :)

Not that I have found. That is one thing I pointed out in our review as a bit annoying. So loud!
I also have tried using it without setting it up on wifi and it doesn’t do anything
3:12 is where mine keeps getting stuck. I'll connect to the Eufy WiFi network but when I return to the app I just get a loading wheel that spins for like 3 minutes. Then it'll tell me to connect again. I called Eufy's helpline and they said they'd elevate me to a senior tech support member who would call me back. But then they never did.

On one of the sections when trying to connect it will ask you to turn off data from your cell phone go ahead and disconnect and then it will connect

In the app you do have the option to add more devices so I wouldn’t see why not.

My eufy wifi doesn’t show up on my phone
I was watching to see how to stop the vacuum to go undesirable area , as those stoppers I could not make work . U did not address that .
Blocking out areas is a common feature for robovacs that feature laser positioning, this doesn’t have that. These can only be kept out by physical barriers.
At 3:26...has that problem occurred to anyone...on a continuous bases.... If yes and got it solved can any tell how to fix it

Actually I did, the new app colors are not so good. The message at the bottom where is says status confirm is grayed out. This makes you think it’s disabled, there is no checkbox or anything. However you can click it and then it confirms 😩😩😩
How do you replace the filer
You can pull out the dust bin and it has a hatch on the dust bin lid that pops open.
They did include an extra in the packaging.
How do u take the blue plastic thsts on the filter. Like it won't slide out
Hmm I’m not sure what your talking about, I’ll have to take a closer look at mine later. On mine, the big filter and sponge filter pull out.
