I learn a lot watching your videos Dale. Thank you very much!
Being out of BMX for about 35 years , things sure have changed. I'm building a couple mid school bikes now.

How can i tell if a sprocket will fit on my bike and not rub on the chainstay? Ive been looking all over the internet and found nothing on that. And in the case it does rub can spacers help with that or would it misalign the chain and cause problems?

7075 alloy guard sprocket i use the BSD one i've noticed if i run a 6061 t6 alloy sprocket the teeth wear out quick with in a couple months so stick to 7075 t6 alloy lasts miles longer 👍

There are a few options, however you might be limited and just have to drop a few teeth on the gearing? the other option could be spacing the sprocket out further however this could cause issues with chain line. It's a difficult one to fix with out seeing the bike in front of us. If you wanted to send some images to help@luxbmx.com we would happily help out!

My sprocket is bent and it wobbles, would I have to replace it or what do I do?

If your sprocket is bent then yes i would recommend replacing it.
