I picked up a pair of these about a year ago and was blown away by the quality. The pliers are aligned with precision and the cutting edges are sharp as hell. They operate very smoothly with the spring and feel better in the hand than most others. It turns out much of Southwires' equipment is underrated. I have their clamp meter which is very well designed-it has the most complete set of features of anything in the price range.
They obviously strip romex as shown but this isnt the conditions for stripping romex when wiring a house...i wanna see you strip 2 and three romex's in the same plastic box as you would on an install
I absolutely hate those Irwin strippers -- they are moody and do not make very clean removal of either the sheath or the individual wire insulation. I have other strippers I like for wire -- but for cable -- these are so so nice IMO!

Dude that Irwin vise grip stripper is better for what you’re stripping that’s all you’re wasting time with
