Those are my professors! I started the university jan.1 ,2024 going into my sophomore year. Best thing I've done for my business and I've learned so much!! As always thanks to the REU Team ❤
Aw thanks Tolly for such a kind comment! We’re so grateful to have you in the resellers edge family :) I also laughed at the sophomore year joke! We should use that one for sure haha
Ive watched dozens and dozens of your videos so far. Bethany's comment, "i still miss them, though," has to be my most favorite line so far!! ❤ I get you.
Haha I still do sometimes! It’s something we definitely could put in the supplies budget but I don’t find it worth it too much at this point for us anymore 😂
Part of my business is cleaning out storage units for people. I sell the stuff and there is a split determined or sometimes it's free for my service of removing everything. I usually score shipping supplies, tape, mailers, and note cards.
I keep my average cost of goods between $1-$2, most of the time it’s a $1. I’m only part time more like very part time but it works for me in the season of life with 6 kids ranging from 7 months to 14 😂 I have yet to go to a goodwill outlet, I’ve been going to consignment sales when they are 90% off and church sales plus listing my own items. So it feels less risky. My husband can get packing material from work so I just find the cheapest polymailers on Amazon. I bought some I still have from over a year ago, they were about 7 cents a piece. I started using thank you cards I got from the thrift store but stopped, I just use a thank you sticker on the package. I know unnecessary but I found a big roll for a good price at an Amazon bin store. You can always bring your own food when sourcing, that’s what we do, we bring it whenever we are out. Prices are insane plus we are picky about what we eat! Love your content!
I love ALL of these points! We also started bringing our own food for a lot of the times we’re our sourcing and it saves us SO much! Thanks for watching, commenting and sharing :)
I have considered joining your Resellers Edge program but I am moving cross country soon. Trying to keep my inventory low while still making money before the move. Maybe after I am settled. You guys are awesome and I'm sure the membership is worth it.
No worries at all - we hope to see you in the community sometime soon and wish you the best of luck while moving cross country - how exciting! We’ve done that twice so far together and it’s terrifying but such an exciting time
Hello! Thank you for all your content. I learned so much from your videos. Unfortunately, I missed the Black Friday sale for REU. Will there be another sale opportunity before the beginning of the new year? Thank you.
Hi Robin! You’re very welcome :) we’ve only ever run 2 sales for REU, one at launch and one for this Black Friday, so I can’t say whether we’ll have another or not soon for sure. If you’re interested in signing up though I’d 100% recommend taking the dive! It’ll only take one new BOLO, tip, trick, or insight that will earn you your membership fee back and more!
I really enjoy your down to earth content. Thank you. I have a question: how many times a week do you guys hit the bins, and how many rotations. I do maybe about two rotations, once or twice a week, but I think I may have to take it up a notch. Any advice help. Thanks again, Pandas!
Do you source with buy sell trade in mind, or do you mostly use them for stale inventory? I would assume if items are popular you'd be more likely to get a higher price online?
Hi! I definitely source with them in mind - with our COGs being so low, and the pieces being abundant giving us the ability to do volume, it still makes our business a significant amount of money to source those pieces!
I'm just getting started in reselling and really appreciate the great advice on keeping costs low. I've started on Poshmark but will explore the other platforms that have cheaper costs - thanks for that tip! I have to say, I too love the thank you cards and tissue. ;-) It'll be hard to let those go. lol. I am wondering if you have thoughts on low cost recyclable products for shipping?
Haha I still miss them sometimes too, but definitely just not worth the extra effort or cost at this point for us personally. Also, we haven’t explored any of those options but its definitely an interesting idea!
Are Panda 1 hehe 😉 I feel the miss with the thank you cards. However for me, I’m horrible at doing anything extra like that, my time is so limited doing this PT, I found a simple sticker that says thank you! 😊 you both are wonderful thank you bunches
I started my reselling business years ago, on Mercari. I just made a sale here and there a month, but wasn't working it like a business. But then I moved onto Poshmark and now only sell on Poshmark, because of the simple flat rate for any order 5lbs. and under. I hate the extra hassle on other platforms, where you have to weigh all your items and pic which shipping label you wanna use. It just gets to be to much for me 😔
Being on other platforms can definitely add some complexity when learning about the platform or doing some Kat form specific things - we have found though that for us and many other resellers that it’s more than worth it’s weight in gold to be on other platforms - even if it is just the bigger and more known ones like posh and eBay :)
Dang, logged in to subscribe to your reseller's edge but the coupon didn't work. Probably because it was 12:02 by the time I logged in. Are you running a special for cyber Monday?
Hi there! Thanks for your interest in REU :) We aren’t running a cyber Monday sale, but if you’re looking to grow or scale your business, I would 100% recommend signing up either way! Sale or not, REU is the best resource I would recommend out there for resellers who are wanting their business to grow, and given the membership is sign up anytime, cancel anytime, you can try it out and see if it’s right for you with no long term commitments!
Hi Renee! Thanks for your question :) you can cancel at anytime, either through your portal on Kajabi or by emailing us if you decide to cancel and we will also be able to take care of it for you on our end.

another great video! thanks for all you do!
Happy Holidays! 😊
Thank you! And thanks for your comment, happy holidays to you and your loved ones as well :)

Your jacket is my dream thrift find😂 Thanks for a great video!
Aw thank you! We brought it to a show to sell and a buyer bought it and gifted it back to me :)

Haha, eat a high protein breakfast and you could source all day w/o being hungry. I'm doing it and it works!
So true!! Haha good morning hack

Hi there! Thanks for your comment :) we’re at the bins around 4 times a week, usually 6-7 hour, around 6-7 rotations.
Omgoodness your jacket!!! 😻😻😻
Haha thank you!!

The buying coffee and food tip 💯 Always pack snacks and take a coffee from home.
Haha yes! Sean actually prefers his home coffee now a days, and it saves SO much!!

Where can I find salvation bins ? I googled but can’t seem to find them , I’m in Florida
Hi! They are not in every state or city. I do know that Florida has some amazing goodwill bins!

Awe you could just make thank you cards out of whatever paper you have around the house..
Haha you totally could do this too!
Hello, I read through the membership details. I don't see where it says what the cancelation policy is and how you do that?
Hi Renee! Thanks for your question :) you can cancel at anytime, either through your portal on Kajabi or by emailing us if you decide to cancel and we will also be able to take care of it for you on our end.
