Thanks for making this video. I have an 8th generation Civic 2007 manual transmission, and I believe virtually everything you did in this video will apply. The mount may look a little different for my model. From looking at another video I also learned that the manual and automatic versions of the Civic have a almost all of the same mounts, but their is one mount that is different between the two versions.
Thank you sir. I could not get that long bolt out from the top and it didn't look like I could get it any better from under the car. After some Sea Foam Deep Creep and and offset box wrench I was able to break it loose from under the car. It then came out by hang. Oh, and the old one just tell apart. Was definitely part of the problem. I am replacing all four. Without your video I was really stuck.
Does the motor itself need to be supported by anything while doing the replacement like a jack? No cherry pickers right? I didn't see one. You just jack up the front of the car and put stands and bocks?
Hello how are you doing am putting a 94 engine gear box Honda Civic in a 91 Honda Civic body. I was wondering which kit I could purchases to get the job done.
Can you tell me what kind of bolt that long 14 mm was for the motor mount bracket? Because I had a shop change mine and they didn't put that bolt back in and now and the warranty is up so now I have to find one
Some of these Civics can be done without raising/jacking up engine (with wood block). However, it it does need to be jacked up to remove or install, always use a wood block to protect engine area from damage.

When you replace this motor mount do you jack up the engine with a wood block or can you do it without the wood block technique?
