    Do you use edamame instead of peas

    • @PlantBasedDads
      @PlantBasedDads  3 года назад +1

      When I was adding the Peas, I was going to use edamame instead, but I didnt feel like popping them out of the husk. You can totally do that for a bit of added protein.

      @@PlantBasedDads Thats great the only thing I like peas in are your pea salad. How much edamame should I use for this recipe?

    • @PlantBasedDads

      Thanks to both of you. Yes, as far as the doctor is concerned, I am no longer morbidly obese, I am just obese. The issue with me is that the weight came off in my face and upper and lower body, but is still hanging around my midsection like a spare tire. So that part is annoying. But I do have 22lbs to go. I should be around 140lbs. I am at about 162. At 5'2", I am still too heavy for my frame. I know it's hard to tell from the videos, but if you watch some of my DIY videos, there is no hiding it in those videos. It become obvious. Thanks to both of you for watching. But Suzy, I am at 162lbs which is my lowest weight to date down from almost 199.
