You have forgotten that Google Account, then you can search on your RUclips >Phone Model Number> FRP Bypass.

I have to type password in for power off is the problem

If you can't turn off your phone because you don't know the password, then hold down your phone's volume down button and power button and hopefully the phone will turn off for a while.
