Fantastic VEGAN Cupcakes with Raspberry Frosting

- Valentine’s Day is one of the days each year in which we especially acknowledge the people we care about. We send flowers, cards, or even bake them something extra special. I love to bake, so I am baking my family some wonderful vegan cupcakes with raspberry frosting. These are phenomenal, and by adding a little extra flavor like raspberries or rose water, you have a very sophisticated and gourmet cupcake. You can serve these in so many different ways, with so many different flavors, your Valentine will love these.

I made these cupcakes today for the first time and they are literally the BEST cupcakes I have ever made!!! I have tried many different vegan cupcakes, but these take the cake (literally) ;) We are going to make them for our Dinner with the Doctor event that our church is putting on. I made these today! Oh my goodness! Even though my icing looked a little curdled (I used strawberry jam instead of raspberry) the cupcakes were light and fluffy! Sooo delicious! Thank you and hope you, your family and your subscribers are staying as well as they can during this crazy time of self isolation. ❤️

Maybe i shouldnt make them as i have a weakness for great pastries and these look so good and i love berries in my pastries and with that cream on top,i think i will lose control and eat the whole thing in a day.i will have to either make a litle or share them.i checked her channel but i never saw them until i typed it in.i find that problem at times where the channels dont show much of the things

These look great! Making these for my next treat, thanks. I watched one of my squirrels stand up, put her hands on the glass, and look around for me today :) We share our walnuts with them. They often stop to hang out, or just rest on my porch :)

Also in regards to your squirrel story, something similar happened to me the other day. I'm walking back home, and I see a squirrel on my front porch. I realize that if I keep walking towards it I'll scare it away so I try to slowly walk towards it, in hopes it will in fact leave calmly. But it doesn't. I'm now 10 feet away, it's looking right at me. I'm talking to it, hoping it would go away. It doesn't. So at this point I decide to be a pacifist and use the backdoor to my home. As I'm placing my key in the knob, I see the same squirrel hoping around the corner of my house, walk right up to me, stand on two legs next to me, and just stare at me.
It was.... unusual to say the least.

How long do we bake them and at what temperature?
