The day before yesterday, for the first time in my life, I observed Jupiter and Saturn through my telescope. I have a small and simple 80/400 refractor so I wasn't expecting any fireworks, but with a good 4mm eyepiece I was able to see both Saturn's rings and Jupiter's Galilean moons. It's been a long time since I was so excited, I felt like a little boy. I'm finishing collecting money for a new Maksutov telescope (it'll be maka127). Since the observations with such a small telescope made such an impression on me, thanks to the new equipment I will probably go crazy with Joy :D
I use a very cheap 127mm/1000mm reflector telescope that looks a lot like the 4.5” in this video. It’s impossible to properly describe the feeling you get when you see the planets instead of pictures of the planets.
I only have only ever had budget scopes, but that first time you see Jupiter's stripes and moons, or Saturn's rings with your own eyes, it's an almost emotional experience.
I remember the first time I spotted the Pleiades. The first time, I used the Stellarium app to spot them but unfortunately I don't see anything. Well the next night I couldn't sleep well so I went out from my house to get a fresh breath and that's when I saw in the sky a hazy spot. First I thought that it was a very small cloud but in the same time I thought it could be the Pleiades so I took my small cheap telescope and I finally saw the 7 sisters. The were exactly 7 and I was so happy about it because it was the first time I ever observed them. All that happened 2 weeks ago in my village :)
I observed pleiades on accident 2 days ago myself! What a beauty!
The Andromeda galaxy was the first object I saw through my small 3 inch scope. Though I was in bortel 2 (very dark location). I will never forget that night.
You’re a very talented fella! You deserve so much more subs 😊
I am deeply grateful!
Stellarium is available on mobile now
I've been looking at Jupiter with my binoculars the last few days and it's amazing. You can't really see much but you can clearly see it's an orb and not just a dot like when you look at the sky with just your eyes. Plus you can see like 2-3 moons around it. It's really amazing to see, I can't wait until I fix up these broken telescopes I have and I can see them with more than 10x magnification
The first time I saw Saturn I was in shock. It was amazing and I looked at Jupiter right after all though it looked like I bright blob
Awesome is an appropriate word. Awe is certainly part of that feeling of seeing for yourself. Pictures will never be enough again.
I know everything how to use a telescope, how to find objects in sky, and everything, But unlucky i dont have a telescope. I have tried to shoot close photos of jupiter and saturn and also succeed but not that much clearly. In the photo of Saturn you can see rings.you make great videos.
Hey,
I want to know about the astro-camera you have used in your past videos. Please mention a brief overview and your opinion on the performance of the camera, if possible.
Thank you
Thanks for watching! I used ZWO ASI120MC-S and it was indeed a great camera. It costs 160$ dollars and it's awesome for planetary astrophotography, but I don't recommend using it with its standard software. Download FireCapture, it's way better. What is more, I don't want anyone to take images of planets on a balcony, unless you give your telescope time to cool because hot flows of air distort the picture.
@@VeryInterestingChannel lol
Thanks for your advice!
(Btw have you ever taken any picture of any bright deep-space object like the Orion with that astro-cam? 🤔)
@@devansh6816 Not really. I tried to, but got only blurry pieces of crap
My second experience with my new Celestron nexstar telescope, the night cold and off and on clear. I aligned my telescope ope and of course had to look at Jupiter for a bit but couldn’t wait to see Saturn for the very first time. As I observed Saturn, turning the focus know for the best clarity and focused in crystal clear! Oh my god!!! What a beautiful site for my very first time viewing it with a good telescope. When to my surprise something unknown passed direct middle of my view a UFO!!! Of course it was, I’m sure space junk. But that is enough to keep my mind wondering what else I will be surprised with. AND! Because of that UFO, I must start recording my viewing but must now save up for Astrophotography accessories!!!
If you somehow managed to catch a big meteor flying by Saturn then you are insanely lucky. 🍀
I saw a f70060 on an online market in less than 60 usd and this intrigues me to find more videos related to astronomy. Kudos to your videos!
I came for the video I subbed because your sense of humor is freaking great! 😂😂.
You're great guy ,,
TY again for the good and entertainment content 👍
All useful information and well presented. A like and a sub earned on the first of your content I have seen! So don't let me down! And go and tidy your room!
Interesting objects, great humor, very good video. 10 out of 10😁😁😁.
Excellent video
very good this will help new people understand and find them.
This video made me look up light pollution maps. I live in a yellowish orange so not to optimal for astrophotography but I should be good on a new Moon.
Just got a decent telescope for $200ish got a fantastic look at the moon and a pretty good look at a few satellites. It was also a "Super moon" tonight so it was even easier see. Jupiter is the next on my list
How far have you come since this comment. Curious as I’m just starting out
@seek.l2215, yeah
Meanwhile sun and moon: about to end this man whole career
Lmao i love your humor, nice video
Loved the vid very informative
Stellarium works great on phone I use it all the time but it dose not show deep sky objects because you need a subscription for it
Hello dear! Thanks for your educated video. Lately, I noticed a very bright star or planet. I am not familiar with this topic and wondering if you know what this object is? Where can I send you some pictures and videos? Thanks a lot!
Very bright may be Jupiter. You can use a star map like stellarium to point out names.
@ColoresLatinosTVshow: If its in the west just after sunset (or in the East just before sunrise) it will probably be the planet Venus. It has phases just like the moon and you can see them even with a small telescope. It could also be Jupiter if its somewhere else in the sky.
Waiting........
Hi u r also a stargazer?
@@atharv-uf5pt but are you,good sir?
@@moldovianfieldmarshal6313 Yes Sir I m so good , How about you
Waiting !!!
I got a National Geographic telescope and I’m ready to do this tonight
VIC will you premiere all your videos lol?
yes
What do you mean by wisable? Idk what that means...
Jupiter looks like a banana through my F700mm DIA76mm reflector telescope
Easiest is the Moon Surprisingly
Sun its easier
@@Adrian_12397 No ones gonna see sun without any Sun filter *BRUH*
I have shot a photo of moon with phone without telescope.
I'm surprised too, I thought Pluto would've been the easiest to see. You are so smart!
its helpfull mikhail
I have found all of em already lol but still thanks 😉
my dad bought a 70/350 telescope with 3 lenses where you look thru a 20mm 12.5mm and 4mm
thanks for the upload, hope war ends soon
Are you in Ukraine? Excellent channel. Very interesting! ❤️🔥🧟♂️
Noice
Noice
ima stargazer too
On my computer browser I click the 3 lines to remove the "Stellarium Mobile" banner.
It is removable on PCs, but I am not sure about phones
epik
Great list, both M42 and M45 are really easy to find as I can see both with my naked eye in bortle 9 (highest light pollution level).
Can you see M43 my friend?
I've got a 76 mm reflector and at a bortle scale 5
God created a beautiful universe.
I wish i could have a telescope... Hiuhuhuhu
I didnt know You can view the Moon with a telescope. Thats very cool!!! lol :)
my window faces west so i cant even see the moon :c
I live in southern hemisphere 🥺😭😢
Luckily, all planets are visible in southern hemisphere :)
@@VeryInterestingChannel but what about the other astronomical objects
@@astrospeedcuber thats called light pollution bae
No offence but its not "Wisible" 🤣
