QUESTION: About the scam on the vacant land free and clear. What was their actual technique? I'm confused if they used a Notary and verified their ID, what was the issue?
If they use their own notary it could be a family member or friend who doesn’t care about verifying the ID. Or a notary who is just straight up shady as hell
@@AberrantArt this is why the title companies usually pick the notary and won’t allow someone to use their own. There’s also a thing called notary signing agents where notaries get additional training in real estate documents and will print, notarize, and overnight them over.
