Hi Chef Tatung! Please make a Manang's Chicken recipe video :) Manang's closed its doors back in 2019, and we really miss the taste of their glazed fried chicken ever since.
Those three I believe are tasty/delicious Adobo. I taste Adobo with gata in Samar, where they are known of puting gata if not all but most of their dishes. We/I call the Adobo with pineapple as pork with pineapple. The one with boiled eggs or sometimes Quail eggs I got it from my Chinese classmates and friends, they have a different name. I disagree on the premise of cooking Adobo according to your personality. I prefer people should know how to cook the basics of Adobo, later on refine it according your preferences. I have a lot of disagreements here in the US of using a term AUTHENTIC this and that. Some people will add olives or raisins. We don't have olives in the Philippines.
