My band Abrupt Edge had the pleasure of opening for this great band in Reno, Nevada in 2009. We were from Boise Id. This band is hands down one of the greatest live bands you will ever experience. Kevin is truly amazing vocalist, and front man! The whole band wss really nice, and made us feel like we belonged. A dream come true for a small town drummer from Idaho.
The confidence and control Kevin has in this performance is so amazing. His mannerisms are classic KM! No one can point like he does. Yes, I said point. Classic performance and album. Never will get old. Therefore, never will I.

Even though Candlebox is calling it quits touring wise, there is always this show that I can fall back on. I was lucky enough to follow Candlebox one year, as they did a stint through central U.S. I started in Omaha NE, then, Kansas City MO, Salina KS, Wichita KS, Oklahoma City and I think it was Austin {or was it Dallas / Ft. Worth}. Incredible summer; thank you Candlebox! I was a boxhead on irc, and will ALWAYS be a boxhead.

Guitarist Peter Klett very possibly had the best ever guitar tone on Candlebox's debut album. In 1994 Klett was awarded best new guitarist in Guitar World magazines readers poll and very much so deserved. Don't forget in 1993 Pete also did a nude shot for Playgirl magazine as one of Rocks sexiest musicians. My sister bought that issue I remember. Excellent guitarist.
I would say one of the greats but you have a big list. The top would still be Freddie Mercury and Robert Plant and following that would be Chris Cornell and Kevin Martin with Myles Kennedy right with him.
Kevin Martin is the ablolute GREATEST in MHO. My friend Julio got me started on them in '93 ............. I got sober in '94 and a friend of mine from recovery bought the "cassette" for me and ALL their albums and lyrics have ALWAYS resonated in my life. I took my hip-hop preference son to see them in S.B. last year and when they opened with ARROW we were all in. He loves CB because of me and I will FOREVER live and die with KM and Candlebox. DEEP IN "MY" SOUL

I am a 70's and 80's hard rocker, and of all the 90's bands, Candlebox was the BEST! Fantastic song writing, the very best vocals, sizzling lead guitar, and many blues based rock and roll songs. I have seen these guys live 3 times, and I was very impressed all 3 times. I have seen Soundgarden, STP, Pearl Jam, Fuel, etc., and none compare to Candlebox. I will be seeing them for the 4th time at Rocklahoma 2015! I can't wait!

They just don't make music like this anymore. Such an amazing concert. I have to come here usually once a week to hear this. He still hits every note! Kevin did an acoustic show in July that I was able to go to and it made me fall so much more in love with this band.

I remember many years ago where I was, what car I was in ,when I heard Kevin's voice singing from a CD my friend played for me. I was instantly blown away and in love with his beautiful voice. I love candlebox. Awsome band. This show was recorded for a live dvd released in 2006 for there reunion tour. They did put on a tight performace, although there was some editing to polish it up for the dvd. Still kickass.

This band is my adolescence… this will forever be one of the songs I associate with being a teenager, and a reminder that there was so much talent in the 90s that it makes new music sound sad and empty.
I remember them from the 90's. I loved them. This is mind blowing for me cause I way passed my postadolescense now (42) and after all this years my musical hearing grew a lot and I can clearly say I enjoy this band even more now than then.
Am 43 these guys got me to pick up a guitar ..my first concert was them at the head room in MB S.C sometime around 91 still the best show and ive seen 52 bands ..the stones and AC/Dc so yea...these guys and driven n crying are the most underrated bands on earth hands down...and thinks for the free rehab show

Yes brother Drivin N Cryin is equally underrated just in different ways. Great music comes in all shapes and styles but you know it when you can SEE it and hear it. Live music will always be the truth no matter how many tricks they try we can tell what's authentic!

One of the only things I loved about the 90's Candlebox is one them. They sound incredible even after 12 years after I got their album they sound so similar to the recordings...LOVE IT!!!!

November 1994. First concert. I saw Candlebox and their impassioned, raw, emotional performance made me forever a fan of live music, and of this band.
I think they might have been my first concert too in 1995. It was either them or Toadies....either way they were the first two of my concerts.

I saw these guys in KC back in February, they ROCKED!! Now i'm going to see these guys tomorrow in Columbia, MO. It's gonna be ONE HELLUVA SHOW!!!! Looking forward to many more years of seeing them live!!

I remember them from the 90's. I loved them. This is mind blowing for me cause I way passed my postadolescense now (42) and after all this years my musical hearing grew a lot and I can clearly say I enjoy this band even more now than then.

Am 43 these guys got me to pick up a guitar ..my first concert was them at the head room in MB S.C sometime around 91 still the best show and ive seen 52 bands ..the stones and AC/Dc so yea...these guys and driven n crying are the most underrated bands on earth hands down...and thinks for the free rehab show
I’m 49, and was thinking Purple Gator in MB. Might have been Head Room. Lots of shows back then, they were amongst the best. Days of the new was probably #1 around that time.
Yes brother Drivin N Cryin is equally underrated just in different ways. Great music comes in all shapes and styles but you know it when you can SEE it and hear it. Live music will always be the truth no matter how many tricks they try we can tell what's authentic!
They’re on their fkn game in this show...outstanding!!! Martin is fkn blowing it away with the vocals sounds fantastic!!! The rest of the band is on fire in this show....I’ve watched this upload probably 15 times..best live show on you tube for candlebox!!!,

One of the only things I loved about the 90's Candlebox is one them. They sound incredible even after 12 years after I got their album they sound so similar to the recordings...LOVE IT!!!!
