There once was a guy who wanted to play the drums. Instead he became one of the best voices in metal. And plays guitar. And piano. And a beast on the drums. True Story
I'm 50. And still listen to this era of the band. Godsmack IV was good too but this is better. I bought their first CD after hearing their first single on the radio back in whenever lol.
Godsmack doesn't nearly get enough recognition and credit for all their talent and hard work there should be so many more likes than this people need to wake up and broaden their minds wtf 😒🤦♀️ If you haven't ever listened to this band you haven't lived they are incredible 🤩🤩🤩💗💗💗🙌🙌🙌💯💯💯
I’m 39. Godsmack was huge as soon as their first album came out. Then Awake came out and they were at the top. Faceless sustained them awhile longer, then they sorta dropped off. 4th album just wasn’t very good. But to say they don’t get enough recognition and credit just isn’t true. They were on constant radio play for years. Headlined massive shows. Sold out arenas (I can attest to that). On movie soundtracks and even the US Navy used their songs in recruitment commercials on tv. Godsmack was every bit as big as Disturbed, Korn etc (and were even bigger than for a couple years). This DVD concert was their peak. Everything they put out after was just a more forgettable version of their first 3 albums.
Interesting, thanks. I guess I have their earlier albums to looking forward to then. I still havn't gotten tired of this one, which I discovered as late as one or two years ago. Good to know I have more to listen to when I can take my ears from this concert 🇸🇪🤩
Check out the glassjaw album "Worship and Tribute" he plays drums on the entire album but wasn't ever in the band. It's fucking incredible drumming. Shannon Larkin. He's also in AMEN killer punk metal band!

I have had the pleasure of seeing this awesome and high energy band live on 7 occasions, and out of all seven was NEVER disappointed or left wanting more or better. Even had the pleasure to talk to Sully and Shannon on the phone when 1000HP was released and SIRIUS XM had a fan based call in to question these two and I was lucky enough to be one of the callers that actually got thru. +The Joker certainly one of the best concert bands out there. I saw them back on tour for their first album in the late 90's - they've come a long way. Hard work makes all the difference.
Tommy the Cat definitely one of the best. but I personally think slipknot is. metallica is obviously the best for a long time but slipknot is taking over that part. still crazy and all over the place their is something different going on and you can't seem to see the same things going on every concert. but I love godsmack as well. I want to actually see them in concert with metallica and slipknot that concert alone would never be topped

Love watching this band. So much talent every one of them. The drummer is incredible .He beats the shit out that drum ,makes crazy moves and still stays in time. Love watching him play ..amazing l lyrics and powerful singing , guitar and bass riffs. My son turned me on to this band and he said they we’re Boston based. So I decided to check them out being a big Aerosmith fan. I was instantly hooked. Always be a fan of this band. Hall of fame ...definitely. Please stay together and don’t let egos ever get in the way.
Check out the glassjaw album "Worship and Tribute" he plays drums on the entire album but wasn't ever in the band. It's fucking incredible drumming. Shannon Larkin. He's also in AMEN!!!
Went to see them live on Saturday, 9/22/18 in Greensboro. My friend got hammered and needed to leave the arena just as Shinedown finished their set. I missed the entire GS show. Would have been my first time seeing them live (I'm 51). They are one of my favorite bands. Damn shame, but that what friends do for each other.

One of the best bands to see live, i have seen them 4 times all great shows. The first was opening band for a 3 band set. The last was they opened or co hosted with Metallica, they kicked Metallica's ass on this night, which is a hefty thing to do. One of the best bands to see live, i cant wait to see them again.
Yeah beating Metallica is virtually impossible, they must not have been on their game that night. Mostly anyone I've talked to that has been to a Metallica concert say they get better every time, it's only this time I'm hearing that Godsmack out did them.

42.44 had to look up from my work and that was it for the day of work I was now entrenched in watching such a great band front row, thanks for the upload
Your right, they are going to KICK METALLICA BUTT!!
