They sound better now then before! They look better too. But it's probably because I haven't seen any good videos lately of them. I can always count on you 3.V for great sound and picture quality! Thank again!
@@raulherrera434your expectation is ridiculous. It’s not the record. It’s a live performance. His voice sounds exactly like it did back when he did concerts in the 90’s. If you don’t notice that, you should utilize your skills in a more suitable area. Flipping burgers etc.
Agree. His voice is still great with tons of power. I caught them over a year ago at a small venue and they just KILLED it. They were just incredible. Was so good that I got tickets to see them again in about 4 weeks from now.
My band played with them in the 90's. They never did much after the first album, because Kevin was a grade-A asshole. The only person who compared to him was Travis from Days of the New. Two of the biggest assholes there are.
I saw them last night with Jerry Cantrell and Bush. Candlebox stole the show. Man, they still sound great live. I heard Kevin Martin is retiring after this year's tour, I'm not sure why. He's still got everything he always had.
@@frankm8533 Wow. I am at the edge of my seat. Don't leave the comments section hanging. You should be interviewed on that show where they eat hot wings.
I close my eyes and am transported back to 1994. Didn't know it then, but what a journey I was about to embark on. That journey had very high highs and very low lows. But it was my own personal journey. I hope that you had a wonderful journey thus far ❤
What are you smoking ? I absolutely love this song but what you gonna do , play this song over and over during the concert , being it’s the biggest hit they have ? 3 Doors Down , has way more hits! Hence, the reason CandleBox is the opener!
@@cosmo5102 I see what you mean. I guess 3 Doors is really probably fans of them and helping them out by opening for them. 3 Doors Down so have some hits don't they .
I went to a LOT of concerts in the 90s and 00s. Candlebox at a small club in Jacksonville, FL in 1998, when they were touring in support of the Happy Pills album, was one of the best shows I ever attended. Most bands are somewhere between not bad and pretty good live... but Candlebox was 100% on point. No half baked, watered down live arrangements. They played every song like they were recording it for an album. Their opening act, a bad called Goodness, was amazing as well.
Stupidly underrated band and remember jamming out to them in my car as a 16 year old after leaving my girlfriends house, windows rolled down, and air drumming song after song all the way home. So happy to see Kevin still doing his thing and so sad that I never saw them live.
These guys always played a great show. A lot of the 90's is kind of a blur, but I remember seeing them at a few Music Festivals and needing to have the album. I almost never get that feeling anymore.
Just saw them 4300 people with nothing but compassion for each other. His voice is the exact or even better as the first time I heard him in Panama City beach
I get so nostalgic watching these videos and realizing that we will never see another mosh pit or crowd surfing to the soundtrack of our youth. Get out there and feel that energy pulsate through your body. Get caught in the mosh baby!

They’re are a very good band and known for it. Not great, so therefore not underrated. ✌️

So hard to come out when they did

Genios 👏👏👏👏👏🎸🤘

to the day I STILL rock the first Candlebox CD.....the entire cd is brilliant.
Absolutely a great CD…🤟
Same!
Their best work no doubt 👍🏻
Absolute fact
Yup, the whole album is freakin awesome! As a guitar player the guitar tones are really something special.
Kev is so good

I wish all the 90s bands aged this well. They sound fan-tas-tic!!!!
Somehow they got lost in music history. Gotta show this generation how much more polished music use to be.
So good. 3 Doors Down should be opening for them! lol
Here Here! 3 Doors should be there Road Crew 😆
Yeah I was having trouble figuring that one out too. It is their debut album 30th anniversary and their final tour. They should def be headlining!
Hight quality voice
To my friend Andy Mr Andrew Wood . We all miss u
Gone to soon. What couldve been....
Damn they still sound good
Great performance... BUT... am I the only one who LOVES 10,000 horses? Such a great tune!
That lady in red is living her best life right here. Dance like no one is watching and own your joy
Candlebox was blasting out of my one bedroom apartment in ‘94 as it was the radio.. Great tunes! 🤘🏻
same here
Wow unreal he sounds like his young shelf
That was a 6½ bar scream!! He held that note almost the whole way thru middle 8!! That was SO badass. 🤘😝
what a good 90’s song, i use to blast this on my 1994 Honda Accord .. good old days
He sounds exactly the same. Cool....

My 2nd favorite 90’s band of all time
Your 1st should be a tie between Soudgarden & Alice In Chains.

That Drummer is bad ass, He also knows how to play with a keyboard LMAO🤣
Brian Quinn from Philly on guitar. Great guy and great player
Wow, was not expecting them to sound that good.
I was really surprised too!
I really like how the singer doesn't take himself seriously, yet still sounds the same back in the 90's. What a fun show!
I was 15-16 years old when I heard this song, now am 45 🤟
We love you candle box from 🇲🇨
Twas ‘94, battle of the bands at school’s foundation day, we performed a cover of “change” and won. One of the best days of my life!
That’s 👏 awesome 😎

Wow.... Been a fan for a long time but what a performance..... 💯
I could very easily argue that these are two of the greatest rock songs back to back.
Awesome all these years later!
Absolute solid vocal at any point in his career. Great singer man...
Great vibes, universal blessing ☄️❤️
One of the best if not the best "F_ck You"(s) written and sang.
Not the biggest fan but this many years to put on this kind of performance, mad props. Those guys are killing it.
My dad introduced Candlebox to me back in 1998. This is the song that he showed me.
THEY'RE STILL GOOOOOODDDDD!!!!

Holy shit. They sound the same as my first show in Raleigh in 98-99 Candle-box is so under appreciated.
Kevin still sounds just as good as he did back in the 90's.
Dude still sounds amazing.
Live singing is a whole different animal than being in the studio and making it sound good. Lead sounds great and so does the band.
Hope they Saddle up and start a USA Tour ! Awesome .. Band !!!
Memories...Ever!!!!!
ONLY LOVE FOR THIS BAND!!!
this could be the best song written in the 90s
Awesome, great music with people having a good time
