You need to top off the mineral oil. Thats why the lever is soft. Also the brake pads will wear just like a cars. Wear gloves touching the rotors because the oil will make them squeek

dude thanks! SO I just unscrew those 3 nuts and there's resovoir that I refill, I'm assuming. I'll need to se what type of mineral oil is uses.
