How? Don't give them a phone? They'll be left out in school. Better if parents spend the time and effort to educate their child regarding social media, the bad and the good etc.
and like also keep in mind that we all grow to be beings with individual thoughts and goals, so please help guide and support us to pursue what we are passionate about, don’t force your ideas or degrade our creativity. The concept of having a ‘stable n high paying job ‘ shouldn’t be your priorities as now the world keeps changing and there are many new different kinds of careers available for us to pursue, and as a child who will grow up to be an adult one day, I think the best thing parents can do for them is to let them do what their passionate about. I myself went to jc because of family pressure, and I didn’t enjoy a single bit of it. The stressful and academic environment was not what I wanted and the age of 17, and i still regret my decision of not going to poly to this day. I went to jc to make my parents feel happy + I feel guilty when their upset, but I wanted to pursue a diff course in poly very much. Now I feel really depressed most of the time as many friends my age all went to where they wanted to go (with their families support) but I know very clearly I don’t like the path I took but can’t go back in time to change it
I would treat any kids under my care be it made or adopted, like how these kids voiced their opinions. Can't follow my own folks. These kids are of the now era of tech. My folks went thru different stuff like war, and the like.
the kids articulated their thoughts really well and it was refreshing to see the younger ones giving advice!

This is such a good concept.
